1. Take an English class, do the world a favor.

2. They noobified the melee attacks in Halo 2 to make you lunge almost 10 straight to your target.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

That's what I hate about FEAR. I want a good gun game and I end up in a boxing match.

If you played the xbox version and never received updates, then yes. It's an update that has been on the xbox version for awhile.

What it is.

Both of you guys who are talking about the english crap, you're guys that need the English lessons. He worded his post perfectly fine. Sure he didnt add an a and a c in attack, and spelt melee wrong, but still. This is the internet, and your brain is more powerful than you know. I easily read that it said attack, and he even said sry for spelling melee wrong. Jeesh, -blam!- get a life and stop flaming innocent people.

Anywho, no they did not increase the melee power, although the netcode may/is better so your hits might actually take effect unlike the xbox version.

Same here, the only FPS game that implemented meleeing in the right way was The Chronicles of Riddick - Escape from Butcher Bay

Melee damage was increased in an update to the Xbox version, which has carried over to the PC version.
