Hey

I was wondering if there's anybody else out there that's having the same problem as I, not being able to access to text messages sent to me or being able to send text messages? I'm deaf and I don't use sounds at all so being able to send or type text messages would be great for me. Thanks for the help in advance.

You should be able to go into 'send message' then 'change text' and that should solve the problem. Or at least that's what I make of the problem, please reply if you are still in need of assistance.

You should be able to send text messages, but only in Xbox Live 3.0 games. So far, the only games that I know of to support the feature are Halo 2, and Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow.

i'm able to "click on" send message but then the screen changes into just send message with current text left blank. that's the only option I have available, no change text or anything like that. would changing my voice settings have any impact? my voice output setting is on disable voice and voice masking is disabled. thanks.

Are you trying to send a text message with any game other than Halo 2 or Rainbow Six?

Voice out put might have something to do with it, though I'm not totally sure. Try turning that option on and see what it does.
