Well I recently upgraded my surround sound when I upgraded my TV to a 46' Flat Screen Plasma. Now I used an fiber optic cable. Since the addition of the fiber optical cable i've noticed that the sound cuts off during heavy gameplay (i.e. big team battle on a small stage such as lock out; smg only) Is theer a problem with my cable or the game disc? Please help. I'm trying to get everything ready for halo 3. Here is a list of my set up if you need to know.

TV : 46' Samsung Plasma Flat panel tv (Its already wall mounted) It includes both 1080i and 1080p ports

Surround Sound: Samsung 5.1with Dolby Digital DTS/ wma player play back/ includes both 1080i and 1080p ports.

When In doubt WHIP GEEKSQUAD OUT

Either that or adjust the bass...maybe its to low to be audible...or just use normal AV cables...
