By it, I mean cheating. Well, I can't believe it, but I was basically dominated by an Overshielder with infinite health on Lockout. 2v2 BR Slayer, and just because we were winning, he jacked up the shield. At first I thought it was a graphical glitch, and my PC was asploding, but nope, even my team mate started to shout "cheater."

The worst thing is, there's no way to report a cheater. The feedback system is a joke, as it was in H2X.

Looks like we're back to square one, only a few years later.

They don't let you file complaints over Windows Live?!

Every bit as well as the 360. Avoid the player, then file a complaint. Shouldn't ever see them again, at least if you use matchmaking. Not so sure about the server browser. In either case, if he was cheating then he'll be gone soon.

yea the windows live complaint system sucks bad, like every last bit of the windows live system it's a consule system, they should make it so you can type a message out pointing out what the player was doing, like on monday I was in a pre game labey waiting for the host to start the game and some kid came in and just started bad mouthing every one, and saying things that'd I'd never type out here on bungie's forums, but it was racest to blacks just to give you an idea what I'm talking about. I filed a complaint and yea it sucks bad.

If he was hosting, I don't see how it'd be hard to do something like this.

I did file a complaint and avoid the player, but it's not enough. I'm sure plenty of complaints are sent through with no evidence.

Hmm...you sure he was botting?

I sometimes have the feeling that people are, but they can also be incredibly good.

Amm0~!

Seeing as how infinite overshield is one of several cheats included on the oh-so-retarded trainer that's available for download at HaloMaps, I would definitely say that this is a cheat... not to mention there isn't an overshield on Lockout.

The bungie.net community is the halo PC community that is renowned for being unbelieveably sucky.

If true, it was only a matter of time. If not, it will happen.

No matter what, only one thing can be certain, Bungie will ignore it. :)
