I think it's stupid how your ranking goes down even though your the best player on a losing team. I think its based way too much on if you win or lose. Sometimes your teammates just suck and there's nothing you can do about it.

my other account, if you are gonna send me an FR, send it to this account and my Main GT.

Then play customs or FFA (In matchmaking or customs) or get a full team before entering matchmaking. This may sound harsh, but the playlist is called TEAM Slayer, you win as a team, you lose as a team.

Very few games in your stats show you leading your team, wether they win or lose.

It's not really that general - your numeric rank is based on how many experience points you have.

The bottomline is that, if you win a ranked game, you gain experience points. If you lose a ranked game, you lose experience points. Ranks are not at all based how well you did in a game - the number of experience points that you gain or lose depends on what the level differences are between you and the people you're playing.

TEAM slayer.
Unfortunately, people dont work as the team but you get the opportunities of one. Such as losing expereince when you got 28-2 and the lead player on the opposite team went 15-10.
