Just something I noticed yesterday. My wireless 360 remote was dead so I used my wired one and noticed something. When my wireless one was done charging I started using that one again and discovered that for some reason my BR accuracy and power seemed better with the wireless. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there any reason for this to happen? Like the difference was very noticeable and it seemed much easier to kill people with the BR. Does that make any sense? Thoughts

I can’t think of any possible reason for this.

maybe the weight of the cord was just too much for his weak wrists :P

i'm still trying to adapt to the new 360 controller only having converted from an original x-box just over a month ago. I found it easier to aim with the old pads, but i'm getting there....

heh, nice. but what you're trieing to say is, the BR cant get a power juice on a different controller. is just cant. the Wireless one in fact, is suppose to have a disadvantage. but accuracy can simply rely on your adaption to that controller, joy sticks are gone through wear and tear and they respond more sketchy, buttons stick, just depends if you could of adapted to those flaws on your controller.

I can assure you it has nothing to with my wrists being weak and I know that was prob a joke anyway. But I started playing again today and I can definitely tell the difference. Whether it makes sense or not, I dont know the exact reason why this would happen but its def there.

Perhaps you play better with the wireless due to the batteries making it heavier. It also could be caused by the lack of rumble, it's there, but just barely. I personally, play exponentially better with the wired controller because of the rumble and weight.

Maybe the signal gets to your xbox faster with the wireless, depends on how far away you are from the box. The wired controllers signal has to go through all that wire before it gets to the box to register....thats the only thing I can think of.

Would the wireless be slower due to the signal being having to travel through all that empty space, where radio waves and dust particles could slow it down. The wired controller has a direct connection, so I would think that would make it faster.

Well I had thought that too about the wired one maybe having a better reception. For awhile all I used was the wired one but after using the wireless one again this past day or so, I can't deny the diff it seems to make. I know it does sound kinda weird but I am not just imagining it. My BR power and accuracy both seem to be significantly better despite the fact I am doint the same thing with both controllers. Maybe its just a mystery of the universe, I really can't figure it out.

when did you get both controllers? wired and wireless? because maybe the wired one has gone through more use and the wireless one is a bit new and the buttons are easier to press. I notice this with my friends almost barely unused controller. He got it same day as his first, but he never uses unless people come over. The joysticks spin a remarkably faster rate and honestly, I do worse with it because it moves too fast for me to control and I screw up my aim. Thats just a theory if thats your case.

thats why you get the charge and play kit, when you feel the vibration stop, it means batteries are low, so you plug it in real quick, and keep playing till its done charging, my controllers have never again shut off on me since i got it. ^_^
