Wow. Weird. I don't even remember posting in this topic. Anyway, you need to find some web space first. Your ISP may have provided you with some. Once you have some web space(space on a sever), you can use a standard FTP client to upload to it.
For instance, I often use the MB of space allotted to me for free by Comcast for signing up for their cable internet plan. To access it, I go into Avant Browser(or Internet Explorer, it doesn't matter) and type in: Ftp://upload.comcast.net. The FTP:// part declares that I am using the File Transfer Protocol. The upload.comcast.net part is exactly like the www.bungie.net part of this site's domain. It's the site's address. I then type in my username and password, and it shows me the files in my web space as though it were a folder on my hard drive. I can then drag and drop files into it, and then access them by going to my Comcast user page. Such as, http://home.comcast.net/~omisubi/thisisafileexample.html
Incidentally, that's a real file. Remember, when accessing FTP through a web browser, you have to use FTP://! If you don't, the browser will assume you are using HTTP, or Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, which is the standard protocol for web servers.
Here's a good site to get cheap web space from, and may help you solve all of this stuff:
World Web Hosters
I know it all sounds complicated, but I'll be happy to help if you need me. PM me if you do.
Edit: And wouldn't you know it, this post had all kinds of mistakes. I'm going to bed.
