I don't consider button glitching cheating because it can be done with a controller by anyone and is a skill. It's not unfair because of this. XBL ToU states "unfair advantages" are cheating, and button glitches are not unfair.

theres no point in arguing this point, i give it another 5 minutes before getting locked. the terms of use, wether you like them or not dictate the rules, and considering you agreed to those when joining xbox live and they clearly state what is and isn't allowed.
it seems even the moderators who frankly are way more knoledgable on the subject than us keep having to repeat themselves by saying that it IS cheating should end this discussion.
Glitches are cheating plain and simple.

And he stated what the terms of use say. Its very general, and when using the feedback system, its the players that decide on how to interpret them.
