ok i have a xbox 360.i have had it for little over a year.one day whill playing i start seeing lines going across my screen, so i turn off my xbox and turn it back on to see if they would go away.BUT when i turned it back on it says i have to call customer support.so i did, comes to find out a little part in my xbox broke from eather over-heating or an over-use of play.just so you know i only play like 2 or 3 times a week.so the REAL question is does anyone think i have to pay to fix this problem altho i have done nothing wrong and its the microsoft thats -blam!- up?

If it was the ring of death, Microsoft has extended the warranty of hardware failures for three years. Make sure you still have the sales receipt, and you should be covered.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

It depends on what went wrong with it, and if its still under warranty.

Please take it up with Microsoft. This is not a Bungie issue, and we can't help you with it.
