I just got online a couple weeks ago and naturally I suck. THAT is not my issue because I'll get better eventually. What I'd like to know is how to meet other players that play the game for the fun of it. Clans that are active and friendly and get mad at me for getting 2 kills and 20 deaths. I've looked around on this site for a while and flipped through the forums. So far I found the "big team battle group" and le mediocrity. But it seems like all those people don't really play anymore and it kinda bummed me because from looking at their page it was exactly what I wanted. I'm tired of playing obnoxious gamers. -bubbha hotep <gamertag

Basically play matchmaking. You'll eventually find SOME people that suit your expectations.

Play Team Training? You're expected to do bad in those games.

Yeh the best way to make friends is play nice. Dont abuse them! Once you've got some ppl that you like playing wtih stick to them. Keep talking to you team mates and stay around them the best you can mate. But talk talk talk! You play better when ppl can tell you where to shoot. and you wont get shot in the back as much! which makes you feel so much better!

Feel the luv man

Forget all th eother Bull-blam!- the people play and dedicate yourself to MLG, no its not about the money or about trying to be a "pro". MLG should be learned because its a balanced, fast paced gametype and its one of the very few that require skill to play.

Although I hate to say it,you must become with the BR. Being good with snipe is a plus, but you need to be good with the BR to stand a chance against anyone.

yeh mate heres another one for you. even tho i think i may have touched on it. BTB isnt bad because its basically what i starterd on too. but another good one is Rumble Pit if you have only got a few friends or if none of them are online. You might not make any friends doing it as its every man for him or herself. but i reckon it would get you good quick. Mate if you want to add me feel free. im from aus so time frame is different but yeh. General Nug is my GT

I bet I've seen a dumber thread than you have.

the best tip is to point the round thingy at somebody and hold the shoot button

I've basically devoted myself to the battle rifle. Games that start with out it force me to hunt one down, fast. so I'm getting to know the maps. I'm getting better and my accuracy percent is going up. I still need to work on strafing. thank you everyone for your input.

I just play for fun and play most games and not that worried about rank.
Also not that good, even with 4000+ games under my belt.
Our clan also always looking for people and they have training sessions as well.

best way to get good with the BR customs, BR start, rifles only on map.... invite all ur friends n play FFA or team....

once u get better start playing 2v1 or 3v1 or even 4v1....

u may get ur but kicked but its by friends so it doesnt matter. eventually you'll b able to hold ur own against a few ppl, you may never win a 1v3 or 1v4 but you'll notice that it will take them more n more effort to actually win n you'll learn how to take on several opponets at once....

best advice i ever got....

and if u dont have enough friends online to try that, play team training, coz ur whole team usually quits anyway if u go in by yourself so just turn it into more pratice for u instead of quiting. even if its an objective game, just start killing screw the objective....

hope that helps ya bro....

also Done DL would b able to give u alot of pointers if he is willing to help u out bro, one of the best guys i've played against recently and i learnt alot just by playing two games against him(like some of he's statigies like map control n where he goes n that)...

i dunno if he can to help ya though as i think he has a pretty busy schedual but PM him n he might b able to help..... prepare to get ur butt handed to ya but he might b nice n help ya out abit, if not n u do play him take notice of what he does...

actually that can b done with anyone, if u see someone thats going well n beating u constantly without them seeming to get any damage from u pay attention to what there doing. how come they beat u so easily, what are they actually doing, what parts of the map r they controling ect ect... u may die a few more times then usual but mayb u might learn something new to try out on mates or next game?

its all it comes down to, pratice n creating a group of stratigies that works for u, that can b used in different circumstances n different maps. somethings cannot b teached.

BTW anyone miss me, i'm back from my ban=)
