Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

I've re-installed Halo 2 for Vista more times than I can count while trying to get it working properly; so many times in fact that I've "exceeded the usage allowed" by my product key. I spent 3 hours on the phone today proving I have a legitimate copy of Halo 2, and received 2 new product keys. The game says that both new product keys are invalid. I can no longer play the game at all. Thanks Bungie and Microsoft! Thanks for robbing me.

No one likes a smart ass.....especially another smart ass!

First off, Bungie didn't create H2V. Hired gun did. Secondly, if you had that many propblems it's usually operator error.

Well what the heck do you want us to do? I agree you got -blam!-ed by microsoft/hired gun, but there's not much we can do about it. Keep calling and writing letters and keep calling. Make them feel that they're losing a valued customer.

Sorry, these are social forums. You're far better off returning to Microsoft support and discussing the problem.
