Here's how it happened...
I used to play Halo 2 on a regular Xbox with Live. I used to be a high level and everything. Then the 360 came out and I got that. I tried playing my Halo 2 disc on the new 360 and it worked. I played on this setup until my first 360 encountered the 3 rings of death. So, I got a free replacement 360 because of the ring of death. I then tried playing Halo 2 on Live with the new replacement 360 and the first thing I recieved when I logged onto my account was that my downloaded content( all the new maps) was damaged or un-usable. So, I called 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and talked to experts 2 times in a row. Of course, they didn't know how to fix it.
Summary of Story: My new replacement 360 that I got for free (my first 360 experienced the ring of death) will not let me play matchmaking/Xbox Live on Halo 2.
I have not seen any answers to this problem. I posted this to see if any one else has experienced this situation/circumstance.
Any ideas or answers on how I could fix this?
