Take it from this guy people, he knows what he's talking about.

Both. Superjumps were inadvertantly put in because they are a side effect of the Havoc game engine. Like button glitches, youre not supposed to do them in matchmaking even though you wont get banned for it. Whatever you do in customs is at your discretion.

It's not that you're not supposed to be able to do them, you're just not supposed to them in matchmaking. I think almost everyone is "able" to do them, it's just a matter of who's cool enough to not do them in MM.

Actually im not sure thats completely true. I have heard that there are some people that are not able to do them because of a cartian TV they have or something like that. Ive never sen this though so it could be a rumor...

No he isn't. He cheats for a number in a video game.

Cheated...Past tense. Apparently I was wrong. I.Q's can go into the negative numbers.

So what if it was in the past. You still cheated.

Oooh does it burn you when I say it? Yes! And Lol at TVTystik saying you suck.

Nope, it dosent phase me one single bit because I know im good. The only thing you or anyone else can hold over me is something that dosent even matter anymore because of a reset. Looks to me like youre just crying because youre jealous of me or something, otherwise I dont know why youd waste your time talking about something this pointless. Its typical for an idiot though.

Greatest of all time

A cheater admitting he cheated? Normally they just say I'm just mad that i lost and laugh.

But i get the last laugh when they try to log on and have a message from XBL. Mwuahahhahaha

no they were not put into the game on purpose, if you set your TV setting on the dashboard to PAL-50 you will not be able to do most, if not all superbounces, tell me why a feature would be in a game if it depends upon TV setting, trust me ive tried it, attempting to superbounce on a spot in PAL-50 that i can do every time in PAL-60. also ie heard that superbounces arnt in the PC version of halo 2, whereas button glitches are, or so ive heard. they all the same game just in different formats, they were not put in on purpose, it is a glitch to do with the settings on the TV

Settings on a TV cannot cause glitches in a game. Graphical glitches, maybe. Not physics ones. There is no output from a TV to an Xbox, so it is impossible. Furthermore, even if there was, PAL only is a format, and nothing else. It is impossible for it to cause a physics glitch.

Feel like getting another temp-ban Brock? I'm sure we'd all miss your smug attitude for another week like the last time you got banned.

Superjumps are an unfortunate side effect of texturing and the Havok physics engine. They were not put in the game on purpose. They cannot be fixed because they rely too much upon a system that cannot change. They are considered to be cheating if used in MM. They also void your XBL agreement.

That's all you need to know.

Wow, why is everyone hating on Brock? He's obviously better than you so why are you complaining? Anyway, you won't get banned for bouncing, some people might be mad at you though.

It deals with the refreshing rate of the television (hence 50 vs. 60) when PAL does what NTSC does. Since NTSC does it natively at 60, it has no problems.

Take a look at his stats then your stats "kid". You are bad at Halo so you just want to trash talk people who are good.

Berserker, I'm not tryin to hate on you here, but Brock didn't really do anything wrong. Lyrical Homicide is being a dick, and he's defending himself. Also, after calling Brock out, you came in and posted pretty much the same thing Brock said. Like I said, I'm not dissin anyone - you two both summarized the problem very well, so let's just give hugs all around.

If you know anything about people that are "good" at Halo 2, you don't use your "stats" to back up whether or not you're good. This is not my only GT. I do not play competitively or to win constantly. I play the game casually.

Like Bungie is going to take the time to actually look at my games to see if I superbounced? I highly doubt that. So what if he was kicked off a team, he isn't bad by any means.
