Delete all your maps off your Xbox 360 again and clear your Xbox 360 cache.
Clearing it has been known to fix any “hiccups” with your Xbox 360 and may fix your problem. All it simply does is delete your console of all software updates so you’ll have to re-download them after.
1. Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the System Blade, and select Memory.
2. Highlight the HD symbol and press Y.
3. Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X.
4. You will see a confirmation message to confirm system maintenance, proceed.
Now re-download the maps again and everything will now be in working order.

Not sure what is exactly wrong here, but it says some downloaded content is damaged when i want to play on halo 2 and sign in on live. when i try entering matchmaking it says I don't have all the maps. I re-downloaded the 2 new maps because i asumed i might need to now that they are free and it had an icon saying i had to download it. I downloaded the map again but i still get the error message. All my map packs have a check next to them meaning they are downloaded...
I haven't been on halo 2 for a while so i dont know if this problem happened a lot or not. I'm playing on x box 360 and did send my 360 a while ago but i don't think that would effect my maps. Do i have to download all the maps again?
