Yesterday, I was using my phone's browser to access B.net. My email address was already saved when i went to sign in, so I just had to input my password. After I had clicked enter, I returned to B.net not signed in. I hit sign in again and put in my password. I then checked 'Saved Email Address and Password' and clicked Enter. I returned to B.net again not signed in. After about 10 or so times, I just got out of my browser and did something else.
Now, I understand that Bungie.net was not made for my browser. But the problem is that this happens even on my desktop browser.
I searched about this problem because I remembered that Achronos talking about it. Here's his quote:

There are two things going on here. First, there was a bug a while ago with a corrupted cookie being sometimes left around for certain people (who had "remember my password" checked) that prevented them from ever logging in. So, a change was made a while ago for the system to stop doing what's called a "silent reauthentication" of your cookies - this means that coming to the page, the master passport cookies don't "stick" if the system has to clear out bad ones first. It isn't really a solution, more of a workaround, but it is better than the alternative.
There is another bug, though, that makes this problem appear worse. You see, there are two cookies that get set for Passport to work. But, a web browser has a limit per domain of cookies that it can use, and bungie.net comes really close to this limit. There is a bug with the forum's polls that cause extra cookies to be created that exceed this limit. Most browsers remove older cookies silently when this happens, and if one of the Passport cookies is picked, you appear to become logged out. Of course, you aren't - the master live.com server still thinks you're logged in, so you hit sign in and it doesn't even ask for your password. It is on the list of things to fix. If you want to avoid it... don't vote in polls, or at least, don't vote in too many of them.

This was almost three months ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. I understand that Achronos and the Web Team is busy with the relaunch of B.net for Halo 3, but this is a problem that's very annoying. Granted, it's a small problem, but it's a problem nonetheless.
Hopefully with the relaunch, this problem will be fixed.
