I'm on like the last level or so, and all I see in the background is an outline of 3 covenant drop ships (phantoms) and I cant see a damn thing. Any idea how to fix it?

I herd about the ghosting aeffect its caussed by something in the 360, when playing it... Its really annoying, its a very low opacity picture of phantoms, luckily it went away, but in the future... how do I stop it, by the way this is the xbox version not PC...

I get that problem too it has something to do with your 360 you just have to deal with it. BTW ith fades a bit if you swing your camera a lot.

start a game on lockout and jump off the edge

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

It's because of the 360 emulator, or so I hear. Ususally I just reboot and it goes away.

Ya it happened to me to. I was playing coop with a friend and the effect only happened on the top screen. Well as you go further in the game it goes away and then it comes back. It's a pain the ass.

It happens because the frames don't refresh quickly enough, and it's usually with DLP, LCD or plasma TV's. I would imagine that turning your TV and console off for a short while would fix the problem.

I can usually get rid of it by backtracking to a loading point.

Inside the Mind of Halotitan Help me get expand my mind.

Holy crap I noticed that too man, I had to keep saving my last checkpoint and reloading my saved game, got sooooooo friggin annoying. I think thats the reason they took backwash out of MM. Shame, was such a good map.

yep just load up lockout and jump of the close's edge to u, wait till u respawn n then end the game. it gives u a fresh screen. dunno if it works on any other map as i havent tried as it easy to just load up lockout as its on the top of the list n u usually spawn right next to the edge as soon as u start....

it has something to do with the original emulator in the 360 i believe(correct me if wrong plz)

Actually tnt is exactly right, if you jump off the edge on lockout it takes it away.

The correct answer:

It's an issue with the Xbox 360 emulator, and there is nothing you can do to make it go away permanently.
