You could try exploring the news to find the relevant stories.

Basically, the 7th column received a massive upgrade.

Now, chapter addresses are as follows:

http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/groupnumber/Group/GroupHome.asp x.

That will take you to the desired Group's homepage. Now there is the option to give your Group a custom name to be used instead of the group number, such as:

http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/myspecialhalogroup/Group/GroupH ome.aspx.

To access your previous Groups, use the My Groups link at the top, or search for the desired chapters using "Find Group" in the community tab at the bottom of the page.

It is entirely possible that, if your Groups were inactive, they have been deleted. So just bear that in mind. And the Group Number of your chapters will also have changed, due to the deletion of previous chapters.

Actually, I'm merely covering all of the relevant points, and actually answering the question.

There's no need to take a condescending tone with me just because I've made a post of mildly considerable length.

There already is a group called Chapter Founders, which offers assistance for every aspect of the Seventh Column, so your proposed Group is pointless.

On a side note, if you wish to create a link, read the Forum FAQ pinned in this Forum and scroll down to the Text Markup Tags assistance.

The whole chapter is designed for assistance with everything Chapter-related. The Articles resource is where most of the help is.

You should go fa-la-la-la-la yourself!

Clever, you have discovered how to get around the "blam" filter.

Unfortunately, it only makes the ninjas more angry. Ever hear the old line, "Physician, heal thyself"?

Jesus, I doubt that you can save yourself.

Late Edit: to remove the non-blammed word.

Damn, a spammer got by without me having a chance to unleash sarcasm upon them.
