For those who don't know what 'The 300m Flag Throw' is here is the basics.
There is an area in Blood Gulch (near the blue base, a shadowy slope) where you can get a dropped flag in such a state that it flings itself across the map to the raised path near the red base.
To get the flag in such a state is simple. There is a shadowy slope where if you drop the flag it gets stuck, but the angle of the slope causes it to slowly creep down the mountainside. This is because it is going from moving (just a little) state to a stationary state, back and forth at a rapid rate. Then when it hits the floor it shoots off along the floor, hits the canyon wall and flys along the air. Towards the raised path. It moves at a tremendous speed and is probably the fastest moving thing that isn't a bullet from a weapon.

When on the page, scroll down a little till you find '300 meter Flag Throw'. Click and download it. Its around 6.6MB so it may take a while if you don't have broadband but it's definately worth it.
I've made a post on this forum with details on how to do it, but I'm sure you can do what I did and work it out from the video.
