wow, i was playing halo 1 to warm up on my AR skills when me and my friend did a wierd glitch. You do it on "Two Betrayals", at the time when you reach the second generator thing (the one with the flood gaurding it) {note, must be done in co-op}

OK, right before you go into the room, have one player stay in the hallway, ready to retreat and teleport the other player. The other player runs in and quickly gets to the generator (try not to kill any flood). Once he reaches the generator, and it blows, the first player teleports him back to the hallway.

When me and my friend did this, the flood teleported back with us, but were frozen in place. You could shoot there arms off and heads, and if you killed them, they would stay there, but you could walk through it. You could even stick them and the plasma won't blow up!! It will just sit there on the flood like a giant blue flare. Me and my friend have been able to do it everytime we tried, and it worked. It was so cool when we first did it.

(note, dont try to go back to the room, once either of the players teleport, the flood "wake-up" and attack again.

Subject: glitch, call it "Flood Gallery"

me and a friend did this and when they froze we would blow off all their arms and then walk back in. we would then have a wall of Flood that would follow us where ever we went. Made us feel important. they would also take the Elite fire for us. Was fun.

This happens in every level of the game. Notice when the game has some writing saying "loading zones." If the game didnt have these all the enemys would be running around the whole map like crazy. And basicly these loading zones are like triggers I go in the room (The room is loaded) guys start shooting.

They freeze because they enter another loading zone and then you load that loading zone they are currently in, and the loading zone which they came from freezes up. And because they are orignaly with that loading zone they to freez up.

Do it all the time on assault with grunts. Solid till killed, and then they drop nades.. go back through the loading zone and they fly around and disappear.

it happens all the time... but if u go through the check point again sometimes they will "unfreeze" and it sux
