I recently had a thread i started snipped, along with a few comments. then i went checking out the rules in depth and found this on the main bungie.net terms of use agreement everyone ok's but does not read when signing up. check it out;

[qoute]By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

* Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
* Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
* Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
* Violate any applicable laws or regulations. [/qoute]
sooooooo what are your thoughts on this stuff?
I really like the the last two items on the list. Does the use your turn signal when changing lanes count for number four??? I know i never do.

The key word is "applicable". If you can find some way to change lanes without a proper signal here on the Bungie forums, the law is applicable. I wouldn't worry about that particular one, though.

Sounds right, but I wish they'd ditch the -blam!- piece of -blam!- swear filter, ya know?

And let my upload my GheTTo avatar!

naw.. the filter is a good thing. I do wish we could get our own personal avatars, even if they have to be approved by bungie first. That would be tight.
