While I don't know of any specific problem, I do know that nothing that we are running is experience issues. If anything is amiss, it would be with Xbox Live's stuff. Unfortunately, this leaves your only option at calling them. I'll dig around a bit and see if can find out more, but really, nothing will really move unless they get actual user reports in. So, if it doesn't work, call support immediately.
I did try.
I will try again tomorrow. a) In the hope that it may clear up by itself, and b) when I am less likely to loose my temper with them after they cut me off on hold...twice... after saying they didn't think anything was wrong.
Thanks anyway for trying to help.
UPDATE- Switced it on this morning,everything seems back to normal. Strange? But I'm not complaining :-)
