The NAT settings on your router MAY be set to something other than open, and CAN cause this problem. Check to be sure and make sure the NAT is set to OPEN. This could help, but may not be the whole issue. It won't hurt to try it. Go to network settings on your 360 and test the connection. The NAT settings is one of them and it should say "OPEN" next to it.
