I've been playing Halo 2 for 3 years. I have almost 10,000 games played. Today, I turned on my Xbox, and on both my Xbox and my 360, the game seems to be running REALLY SLOWLY. I have no idea why, but is anybody else suffering from the same symptoms, or have an explanation?

Do you mean you've been playing something else while you took a break from Halo 2? If so what were you playing?

I was playing the Call Of Duty 4 Beta today, and I'm sure it's not just that I got used to Call of Duty, because it's slow as in I blow something up (ie: a Fusion Core of Lockout) and it takes 8 seconds for the thing to hit the ground.

8 seconds for the debris to fall back down? Can you describe what you're experiencing a little more?

It's worth mentioning that COD4 runs at 60 frames per second while Halo 2 runs at half that framerate. Once you play a 60 fps game it takes a while to readjust to a 30 fps game.
