Wow, Bungie. You guys really took this game above and beyond. How much of that diorama is real? it's friggin AMAZING. And I'm curious as to whether that piano music will be available to purchase on iTunes soon? it gave me some serious chills.
And I don't know what you guys are all freaking out about. There's no spoilers in that diorama. It's just a tribute to the Battle of New Mombasa that you started in Halo 2. Sure MC gets captured, but thats doesn't mean it's a really huge spoiler. We don't know how he got captured, or what happens after he gets captured. It's not the ending to the game, the Monument for Iwo Jima didn't signify the end of the war against Japan. It merely gave people hope. This monument is obviously a very pivotal battle for Humanity's survival.
In case no one else noticed, the interviews with the marines, and the time the monument was supposedly built, was long after MC was dead. I believe he was in his late 50's by the time Halo 2 happened, so then add another 60 years to that and he'll have gone. It doesn't mean he died in the battle just because they're "Remembering the Hero who brought us from the brink."
Anyway, Bungie you get some serious props from me and all my buddies. Thank you so much.
A agree fully with you. There is no reason why Bungie would put a spoiler on the Halo 3 site, let along spend the time to make the spoiler, or post a link of it in an update about Halo 3. Seriously, calm down it has nothing to do with spoilers.
