Vincent read this and oh yeh UP YOURES
1. Use of the AMD Cool'n'Quiet function to throttle your CPU speed. so windows does not choke on that point for the smal 0.5 seconds that closes the program
2. Small changes in the measurement of your true CPU speed due to the Dual Core nature of the AMD X2 processors. In either of the above cases, the game is detecting a change in the speed of your CPU, resulting in a suggestion to optimize your hardware.
To potentially resolve this quirk in behavior, download and install both the X2 Dual Core Processor Driver, and the AMD Dual-Core Optimizer from AMD's website:
Link to page at AMD's website explaning the usage of these files:

Direct Link to both files for Windows XP:

point 2 :
Physics card is idd a INGAME solution for physics games BUTT in hardware when not used ingame the aplication is active and works as a buffer for the
cpu wich is in that point not stressed by the gpu ingame wich solves CPU lagg cause the PPU compensates
