I for one am sick of the ability to ban, you may own the gth but when u make it public access you cannot breach the rights of freedom of speech or dissent.
Basic fundamenatlas of speech and ablitity to freedom of prees and right to speak in a public forum, check the first amedments. I f your gonna have the right to ban go private , other wise as a public access to anyone you cannot viloate these principals. But go figure this wont makre it to the forum to allow others freedom of speech to be heard. dissenters are always no rights. Absolute power coruppts ............. BTW Jaffe Teal.......go -blam!- your self

No one likes a smart ass.....especially another smart ass!

If you are in my house I can kick you out for saying something. If I own a resaurant I can refuse to serve you for any reason I want. You can get booted from the forum for saying certain things. Sorry but freedom of speech does not count on private/personal sites, or locals.

Hello! Star Wars FTW. Also, join the MAW group. Please?

The right to ban people on this forum isn't public access, what are you talking about? And moderaters have every right to ban you if you are being a -blam!-.

P.S.: Work on your spelling. I never read anything about the freedom of prees in the bill of rights.

Rules are there for a reason. If people cannot abide by those rules then they have broken the terms of service they signed when joining this site and therefore may be banned or blacklisted according to their actions.

To quote the Code of Conduct (see "short version") :
Bungie controls everything. You have no rights. Play nice.
