Bad fer ya? Why, I remember back in the fall of ought 6! Back then we didn't have non of these fancy Nintendos are the MTVs. All we had was simple pleasures, like churnin butter, and corn huskin'. Well, I never did like corn huskin', I remember once i cut one of my fangers on a corn husk, I'd about thrown that little son of a buck about halfa mile if I hadn'ta noticed it's odd shape like I ain't never seen before. Turns out that a parasite had causes it's derned odd shape! It's a good thing I didn't eat that little bugger, or I might not be here telling you this story that doesn't go anywhere. Speaking of going places, I remember in the summer of ought 8! I got a hole in the bottom of my favorite paira boots. Now, i wadn't fixin' to throw out my good boots, so I decided to go to Onionville, which is what they used to call the town you now call Beatonville. Now, in order to get ot Onionville, remember that's Beatonville, you had to use the ferry. Now, I didn't have enough money for the ferry and shoe repair both, you see. I only had two dollars and 15 cents. That's two one dollar bills, and three nickels. Back then, nickels had bees on them. We'd say, 'five bees for a quarter!'...
