I can't seem to find any info on any of this so im gonna ask you guys here. I bought Windows Vista Ultimate, and Halo 2 PC and my computer is a great gaming computer. Yet, I would rather play with the controller. I just bought the spartan xbox 360 controller and nothing happens wont work... I downloaded the drivers... I get an error right before it finishes... I tried reinstalling both the game and the drivers installer and nothing still. I hear of people just plugging in their controllers to the usb and it works instantly and supposedly wireless works too. Do I have the wrong controller? or what's going on here I can't seem to find anything on using a 360 controllers for the pc version except people say it works and its great.

No one likes a smart ass.....especially another smart ass!

If you are trying to use a wireless controller, you have to buy the wireless adapter/receiver. If you are using wired controller there should be no issues....plug and play.
