So I tried to play Halo 2 on XBL the other day... I downloaded an update, but then when the game restarted I got the "Disc is dirty or damaged" message. Well, I got it to start, but now I get a message saying that the content I downloaded is damaged and I should download it again. I cant download it again, it was an automatic update, and now I dont know how to download it again. I downloaded the new maps just fine, but if I try and go on XBL, it keeps telling me I dont have a map in the matchmaking cycles. I can play the new maps on splitscreen just fine. So what do I do? I dont know how to re-download the update. Oh, btw, this is on Xbox 360.

I haven't had my 360 very long, but I think there is a place in the memory section that allows you to delete the update. I AM PROBABLY WRONG -LOL-. Well, try to look for it and delete it, and then sign out, then back in to xbl. Then u should be able 2 re-dl the update. I would check to see if i could do this, but i am on Halo 2 on xbl rite now and lookin at some posts then i will get back to it.

Ya... tried that... couldnt find the update to delete. Found the Halo 2 files, all the map packs were in there and stuff, but no updates. Atleast I figured out that its not the maps, its the actual update, as I deleted the map pack and still got the same message.
