The MC now has legs!!!
The shotgun is in Halo 2
Spartans have binoculars built into their visors

Check out Kikizo's Halo 2 E3 2004 videos. (watch the widescreen version from demo booth). And the shotgun is shown in "Shakycam gameplay from demo booth - three second clips stitched together ;-)"

I go around the world leaving a path of destruction in my wake. When I come to a city, grown men cry and women wail. I collect the skulls of my enemies and display them for all to see.........I also kick puppies. For fun.

yeah i know!!!, i saw them earlier today, but to be honest, the only thing that was new to me was the binoculars. I knew he would be able to see his feet, but i just hadnt seen it in action

It looks to be about a 2x zoom on the telescopic HUD. (Binoculars... sheesh) Not also that there's no reticle nor is there any multiple listed in the corner which implies you can't shoot nor zoom in any more then what you see.

What I want to see is a little "shake" to the HUD when zoomed in, otherwise you could use it with the human pistol when it comes out. Just line up your shot with the helmet then take your finger off the right stick and start shooting, just like you would with the sniper and rocket.

That is such a cheap trick. (Is ashamed to admit he's used it many times. It's just so handy.)

The Mjolnir from the e3 build seems to have telescoping optics.
I.e. "built in zoom" for those with poor diction
