What are the chances of getting these guys on Live Arcade? I'd love to see the old work besides marathon.

* Myth - *shakes fist at Take Two*
* Oni - *shakes fist at Take Two*
Why doesn't Bungie just buy the rights back? T2 aren't doing anything with them.
Oh, and bullets don't work any more. Silly ninja.

Yeah, but if Kirk had offered Kruge a big heap of money, I'm sure he would have changed his mind.

There is of course the chance that (in this hypothetical analogy) Kirk would simply dump Spock on Vulcan and somehow convince Sarek to be his first officer. Kirk mightn't even have any good ideas of what to do with Spock once he has him.

Translation: Bungie mightn't want to make a sequel to Myth or Oni, and go for Marathon instead.

And Off-Topic: Worf is cool and everything, but Kruge is a REAL Klingon.

Totally coincidental.

I thought we were talking about Star Wars, anyway. Lobot-whatzit?

Mourne not your comrades who must dwell / too strong to strive -
Within each steel-bound coffin of a cell, / Buried alive;
But rather mourne the apathetic throng / The cowed, and the meek -
Who see the world’s great anguish and its wrong / And dare not speak.

I wish they would make a direct port of PiD. I've read up on that game recently, and was intrigued. But the price, set at around $40, is a bit of a turn off for a game that I couldn't play unless I decided to actually buy a Mac. At this point, I think I've purchased enough systems for the joy of playing Bungie's games. Something tells me that if the game were made to be easier, it just wouldn't be the same.

I also wouldn't mind seeing some other Marathon games, and I'd love to get my hands on Minotaur.

Or...

Instead of releasing them as downloads they could just put them all on one disk or maybe a couple of them (depending on how big the games are). They could call it Bungie Collection volume 1 or even something like RETRO ATTACK!!! (okay well maybe not that last one). But personally i would love to get my hands on all of these games, i had no idea what Marathon even was before it came out on the 360 and now i consider it one of my alltime favorite games (notice the avatar). A lot of these games aren't even for the PC (as far as i know) and i'm definately not getting a Mac. They need to bring these over to the 360 immediately!!!

First of all, i like xbox live arcade for this simple reason:

I DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE TO GET THE GAMES!

And as for the Marathon trilogy, they're hosted on bungie.net, the freeware versions i guess, i'm not really sure what the legality is, all i know is that i got all three here at the site.

Woot, also, i've never seen any of the Star Trek films, would i enjoy them?

(I'm a general freak for sci fi, which is my main attraction to Halo.)

I'd love to see an updated Pathways for XBLA, perhaps as a Post-Halo vacation for some of the Bungie team. Remastered director's cut, so to speak.

The rest of Marathon should be a no-brainer. Something in the vein of Oni would be awesome. Myth probably wouldn't be the best fit for the Xbox, sadly. Maybe Halo 0.5: Grunts, Grunts, Grunts, with nothing but a bunch of grunt-humor, perhaps in the vein of Worms.
