I read that if you shoot towards the ground you fly up in the air!

You'd have to hold onto solid objects or everytime you fired you'd be flung all over the place. It's not really well suited to a FPS unless all the extras were animated. Generally, it would just be like playing normally so what would be the point?

IF YOU ARE FALLING FROM A BUILDING, AND YOU SHOOT THE GROUND, THEN THE KICK HOLDS YOU UP A LITTLE BIT

in zero-g you would fly up when you shot with anything because there is nothing to counter out the effect of the gun, and it's recoil...

Its not like it will be in zero G anyway, the gravity will simply be less so you can junp a lot higher.

Zero G would be nothing short of completely insane. Getting knocked back by shooting your weapon and flying all over the place would just be pandemonium.

I would imagine it would be like swimming with less resistence to hold you back. And, i think shooting would be back, especially 'cause launching rockets would launch you into deep space at high speeds. Hahaha, MIA becomes MIS(missing in space). Youd kill yourself to avoid floating through space for weeks without food. Wait, has anyone even seen the master chief eat? I want to see him go to Burger Emporer or MacDonalds... Burrito Bell? Mandy's? Pizza Shack? International Warehouse of Pancakes? I'm getting of topic again...

low gravity... imagine the possibilities with vehicle jumps or rocket jummps... would running be affected? i wonder if we get new equipment

there must be a ristriction on how high u can jump. and if u do fall from a building i think if u shoot the ground it must slow u down

I dont want to start a fight but unless some special machine 0-gravity is not possible. there will always be some amount of gravity even if it is not noticiable. Any amount of mass has gravity. the bigger the object the more gravitational pull it has. The earth is rotating around the sun and since the sun has a mass of gravitational pull no matter where you are in the solar system the sun is effecting you in some way. If you go out side the solar system the galaxys center consists of alot of stars so they are effecting you. our solar system revolves around the center of the galaxy. At the center of the universe there is a mass of stars that has a gravitational pull that lets the galxys spin around the universe. so even if it is not noticible to the singlelitle decimal theres always gravity

Granted, you are right. But if Bungie would not do 0-g levels, probably only low-g levels, so it is simply higher jumps, trhown further, and the like. Maybe no sound, if we are talking about no-atmosphere low-g (like our moon)

Think of it with no g then we can have maps with all rocket launchers in a small room and we can play HALO PINBALL!

It would be boring and slow moving. Unless you had a ship to fly around in, then it would be very cool. Damn how am I gonna make it until November?

Maybe if we had backpack thrusters, zero-g environments would work.

Try something like Unreal Tournament or Half-Life because those games have cool anti-gravity MP levels.
