I'll take your best shot...
Sorry, this is only partially a legit question, but I have to ask:
Are you going to give into the whiners and ruin a completely balanced game like you did with halo 2? I've played both halo 2 and 3 since their launch days, and I have to say: nerfing weapons because the majority of posters on any given forum whine about anything and everything really suxors. I liked the original halo 2 pistols, but they got nerfed =( I like the weapon balance of halo 3 (in it's entirety), and it is more than abundantly obvious how much effort went into perfecting them. So, my question stands. Will you give into the complainers and change stuff like sniper rifle delay, invisible sword wielding, etc? Obvious bugs, such as melee woes should be fixed, but they were never intended to be bugged now were they? Perhaps it would be a better solution to leave the weapons balance alone (which are not bugged, but designed) and focus on fixing replays (rewinding/chapter selection/campaign recording) and melee instead. One other thing, I miss clans...and while I wish CTF, Infection, and such were their own playlists...I realize that xbox live limits those (as you said about halo 2 haveing to design playlists due to lack of number of players). it just seems, that with so many people online in matchmaking (650,000 at one time i noticed) you would have a bigger allotment for more playlists? Where is daddy bill gates who used bungie to crush PS3 hopes?
P.S. LOVE HALO 3 I am involved with a little bit of programming, so I can appreciate the efforts you went through to accomplish this (also in the artistic, music/audio, and storyline areas as well). GREAT JOB!
