I can tell you that your integrated graphics certainly isnt good, but is probably not the cause for the error. You already know that Vista is extremely demanding in virtual memory, so the biggest problem I see is 768 mb ram. This is definitely not helping. My ram is 2048mb, which should probably be a standard for computers that are running vista. I'm not looking for the entire dxdiag file, so just copy and paste your computer's specs, which should easily fit within 10000 characters.
Lastly, try this. Open the game, and from the main menu, see how long it takes for you to kick you out. (you don't have to play the game, just open it and stay at the live menu that doesnt load in.) After 10 minutes, if you are not kicked out of the game automatically, this shows your ram and graphics cards are probably not the issue. Some more information on your network card, and how you get on the internet would be nice.
Sry if this is taking long, but unless Im controlling your computer through remote desktop (which you should never let anyone do except a tech repair guy) it is hard for me to diagnose and treat a problem quickly.
BTW: The easiest thing to do is improve your computer's specs, but if you don't wanna pay money, you can always squeeze as much life out of your computer as possible. Every computer i've ever gotten is about average. So I like to play the "spec-squeezing cheap bastard" technique, where I run Bioshock on max settings 1280x1024, with a fairly weak ATI x1650.(It runs about 25fps after I fiddle with it, in other words, very little lag) I used to have integrated graphics before I bought my x1650 (512mb) for 100 bucks at bestbuy about 2 months ago. After making the switch to a dedicated 100 buck graphics card, I would recommend that you stop the squeexing as soon as you get a 100 smackers. Dedicated cards are much easier and flexible with squeezing, and you will save alot of your time. Imagine all the hours saved, from knowing that every game you install will work and run on very good settings. Just something to consider.
