Subject: Are they (Bungie) scared?

A news article is posted regarding a highly debated topic (MM updates) and yet there is no link or thread for discussion. Are they scared to talk about this subject? Do they not want input because they never post in the forum that is dedicated to this topic? I really think Bungie is handling the whole situation in a very bad manner.
If they ran updates like in Halo 2, there would be a topic related to the update and stickied so a thousand new posts weren't created. This would allow them to gather input in a more organized fashion (and lock the rest of the useless threads), yet there hasn't been a new sticky in the Optimatch forum in months. Where are the people responsible for this, why don't they ever talk about it in the forums? Is there anything we can do to change this? Too many questions revolve around this subject and it makes me sick at the lack of communication on Bungie's behalf.

Strange evolution how people have come to believe
That we are it's greatest achievement
We're barely, we're just a collection of cells
Overrating themselves

Maybe because of Forge and the 10 million Halo 3 map professionals that now inhabit our planet?

OMG!!!!!! MY GAMETIPES R SOO~ MUCH GOODER TAN BUNGLES!!!!!!!!!!

In a survey, 9 out of 10 gamers chose Bungie's matchmaking playlists over thier competetors.

Oh, they better be frightened. >_> You know, since uh, we're so intimidating.

Changing the weight of Shotty Snipers is not really news. Especially since we already know about it.

If was in charge of playlist updates, I wouldn't go anywhere near the Optimatch forum either. 99% of it is a vast wasteland of retarded Forge gametypes made by 14 year olds who think stacking 30 fusion cores on top of each other warrants an entire playlist.
