Why should I shut up? I'm offended and disappointed in Bungie for sinking down to the level of their 12 year old fanboys. It's homophobic and sexist and it encourages other people to act the same way.

I don't see how you get homophobia and sexism out of the corpse hump. If it's any -ia or -ism, it's humiliatia and gloatism.

See, the corpse hump in Halo is simply somthing people do after killing their opponents to humiliate them.

Really, would it be better if they just took all the personality out of their site and made it like microsoft.com, ea.com or anything like that.

That graphic is making fun of -blam!-. Which is not funny. Ever. People don't think about how things might affect other people. Yes it is humiliating, that is the whole psychology behind -blam!-. You can flame me and try to make me feel bad, but I really feel like Bungie has crossed a line here. They are basically encouraging that kind of behavior among the people who play Halo when that sort of thing is already way out hand.

You're the type of person who thinks violence in society can be blamed on violent TV and video games and would smoke 5 packs of cigarettes a day for 40 years then sue the tobacco company when you get cancer aren't you?

Nobody's flaming you.
I think you're overreacting. It's not a depiction of -blam!-, it's just a video game, just some pixels on a screen. The corpse hump is just somthing Halo players use to humiliate their opponents after kiling them. Nothing more.

You remind me of those people in the 50s and 60s who thought of Rock N Roll as "The Devil's music."
