I think the core gameplay shoudl remain exactly the same but new levels and vehicles would be ok. Maybe just port Halo PC to XBLA?If only it was that easy.

heeeeeeellllllllllllllll noooooo!!!! it stays the same....
if u remake a classic youre making a new game...No, you're not, and what the Hell is up with putting your entire post in bold? If you're making a remake, you're simply retelling it in a more contemporary fashion while trying to fix the problems of the old game, á la Tomb Raider: Anniversary.

halo2 is practically the remake.Wow. Then why is it called Halo 2? Does the concept of a sequel escape your understanding?

plus if you remake halo 1 ,halo2maybe (probably not)halo 3,
will stop being played.halo2 was made to play halo online.Need to learn grammar you do. Yes, Halo 2 did set a standard on the Xbox by introducing many to Xbox Live, but they're different games.

halo3 was made to finish the story...*SPOILER* Which it didn't.

halo1 was made to begin the storyline,Hey. Do you know why Halo: Combat Evolved is called Halo: Combat Evolved and not Halo 1? Because then that would be lame. People weren't calling it Halo when it first came out. Likewise, most people weren't thinking, "Oh, this is obviously going to become a grand trilogy and Halo was merely an introduction." Maybe it did turn out that way, but think of Halo 2 and Halo 3 as extensions, sequels, as they are, of the first game, rather than Halo being merely the first episodic entry.

not for online multiplayer.now you know why halo stays the same!!!!![/b]Not really, considering Halo and Halo 2's multiplayer experiences are completely different and I would rather be able to play Halo online instead of Halo 2.

They should have like 64 player online. LOL, that would be chaos.Heh, maybe, but remember this is Halo, not Battlefield.

not much point in remaking halo ce yet. If you want multiplayer there is always halo pc.I've said this before and I'll say it again: Halo PC is in no way a substitute for true Live-enabled online multiplayer as it might be on the Xbox. Yes, Halo is Halo, but they're different games.
