One or two people can play thru, it's a 'get to the end' map.
Basic time for one person is 2:45.

Hunter

"Hunter" should be a great game mode for all those deer hunters out there. Basically, there's two teams, Hunters and Deer. 25% of the people start out as hunters, the rest, deer. Hunters are green and can drive vechicles, can't pick up weapons, and shields don't recharge. All hunter's get are a sniper rifle and a pistol. Also there is no radar for both teams

The deer are brown, they get a random weapon and a sidearm, the pistol. They get to run 25% faster and are 50% lighter. (You are also supposed to pretend when they melee that they are biting) Also, any one, on any team get 2 frag grenades.

The object for the Hunters is to kill all the deer. Each deer is worth 10 points. Every time they kill the deer, the deer respawns as a hunter. The deer just need to fend off the hunters for as long as possible. (BTW: deers don't have shield regeneration either.) Also, the last deer is worth 19 points.

The people with the most points get to be the hunters for the next match. The game consists of 5 rounds.

Reccomended players: 4-16

Reccomended Map: Any map variant of Standoff works best for maximum enjoyment!

here are some maps that i personally love and think are the best that i have so here:
*gametype requiered to beat the map properly*
map=bloodmiles
gametype=longwalk
is a obstacle course i made and with opinions from multiple people saying it is impossible(it is possible) can you beat it as i believe this is the most difficult map i have ever played but is the most fun and still unbeaten(except in forge mode)(custom made by me and LGN velocity)

map=fogout
gametype=the fog
is as the title says a recreation of a very foggy station of blackout and assualt by zombies (warning map is bright) everytime i have played this map people love it and is still fun even though i made it almost a year ago and is still as amazing as before(custom made by me)

Here i got one for the records. The tallest tower in Halo history.(That i know of) It was made by me,Pashto96, and a friend: Toasty Bob. I goes from the bottom of the crypt all the way to beyond the skyboxes limits. Check it out.

Revelation - Map

*GAMETYPE REQUIRED*

This is a completely original puzzle map, which is designed so that you can complete it in any order you like.

It is intended to be less frustrating and annoying than other puzzle maps, because if you get stuck, you can simply return to the hub and try a different part of the map :D

Also... it looks amazing.

Check out this map.

It features two star ships battling each other among debris in space. It requires team work for any non-slayer game type since the only way to and from the enemy ship is by aircraft. Each ship contains 2 banshees, 2 hornets, and 5 turrets one of which is an immobile scorpion tank.

Designed for 8 to 16 players.

Map Variant: SpaceJunk

Use any Two-Team Game type (ie: Team Slayer, MultiFlag CTF, Assault, etc)
This is only the second map I've created (so go easy on me)

"Transgression"
A Foundry map that expanded on the "Warehouse feel". Transgression features some Close-Quarters fighting on the ground level, with Opened-up Combat higher up.

Recommended Players: 6-12 Players, 2-4 Teams
Recommended Gametypes: FFA Slayer, FFA Oddball, FFA KotH, Team Slayer, Team SWAT, Team Oddball, Team KotH, Capture the Flag, Assault, Land Grab
Map Variants: "SWATgression"



"Solitude"
A very nice remake-hydrid of Derelict and Desolation; with the idea brought upon playing on Assembly. Solitude's gameplay is fast paced, and balanced. If you ever played on Derelict, Desolation, or Assembly, you know what this map look like.

Recommended Players: 2-10 Players, 2-4 Teams
Recommended Gametypes: FFA Slayer, FFA Oddball, FFA KotH, Team Slayer, Capture the Flag, Assault, Land Grab



"Dissident"
A version of Heretic, taken from Matchmaking, that's had it's weapon's respawn times and spawns upgraded. A couple Plasma Batteries have been placed in certain areas of Heretic to help against campers. Two Shield Doors at each base prevent the "Spam grenades and Team-on-Team fighting" at the beginning of the match.

Recommended Players: 2-10 Players, 2-4 Teams
Recommended Gametypes: FFA Slayer, FFA Oddball, FFA KotH, Team Slayer, Team SWAT, Capture the Flag, Assault, Land Grab

Disco Zone

Taking advantage of a glitch that occurs when the map is overloaded with objects, and explosive/flashy objects causes things to flash like crazy.

Greetings!

MLG CATIOUZ (I likez it dizpeld)

MLG Catiouz is a symmetrical map built in the skybubble of Sandbox.
The layout is simple, without much cover except in the buildings, allowing more hectic games. Bullets fly freakin' everywhere!
The weapons placed on the map are 4 BRs, 2 Maulers, 1 Rocket Launcher and 4 Plasma Grenades (since you already start with Frag Grenades, they'll drop frequently from dead players. Therefor, no need to put those on the map).

Weapon spawn times are; BR 45 seconds, Mauler 120 seconds, Rocket Launcher 180 seconds and Plasma Grenade 20 seconds.
Supported gametypes are; MLG TS (or MLG FFA) and MLG CTF (Narrows version).
Supports up to 8 players. Not sure how many on FFA.

GhostBall Arena

Gametype:
GhostBall

GhostBall is a bit similar to DodgeBall, but it is played in a circular arena and the rules are quite different. Both teams start out with energy swords. At first, you can only die by assassination. But when you die you become a ghost, and you respawn outside the arena. In this area you can't use your sword, but you can throw plasma grenades at the enemies.

You win the territory of the arena by killing all of the enemies. One game is 10 rounds, but the time limit is only 1 minute each round.

4-16 players.
6-12 players recommended.

um... k i am a total halo 3 noob i dont even have it yet but ive played a couple of times and getting it in a week along with the 360 so um... 2 big questions 1 once i get the map packs off of xbox live market place am i aloud to use the new maps on normal gameplay u know like 2-4 player or do i have to be on xbox live to play them and 2 how do i play on a map some1 else made. plz answer asap!

We believe that the universe is unbounded: this is not the same as infinite: the 2-D surface of a sphere, wrapped around a 3rd dimension, has a finite size, but has no end. If you start off in a given direction on the surface of a sphere, you could return to your start point without having to turn around -- you simply go all the way around. But wouldn't that mean the universe has an escape velocity like the earth?

You do not need XBL to play them but to download, and if you only playing for MatchMaking, get ODST so you get all the Maps with the game.

Yeah were just that awesome.....

(this is on sandbox)
Try my map called "bug hive" my friends love it and i made it myself....the game type is called "escape" It is an infection and the alpha zombie is slow and uses a sword to get the survivers everyone starts with a smg (other than the zombie), and you have to wait for a minute and survive and then a door opens. then you go through a tunnel and there is a turret and snipers. then a room filled with kill balls... then a weapon stock with all types of weapons. then you go through a teleporter up to the main floor where you fight the zombie on ......mongeese? then you go up a ramp that spawns then there is a bridge you need to fight on in the sky. Finally a turret filled room...... try it its on my file share!
