Subject: The Gaurd, Gaurdian with more power weapons

The Gaurd
This map is still designed for lone wolf matches. It now has 3 power weapons in the bottom level, the first two plus an energy sword. Also there is now a real reason to go into the top center part of the map, a fuel rod gun and 2 mongooses. There is a spartan laser nestled somewhere, look for it and you'll know what to do!
good for 2-6 players, its to crowded for more, but you could try it.

Gaurd Slayer
This is a slayer variant to go with this map.
It is almost the same as normal slayer but you have 300% speed.

Normandy
Basic layout
the main base has 2 machine gun turrets, a warthog, a gausse warthog, 2 mongooses, and a scorpion
the beach has a wraith and 2 choppers

Wasteland

A well thought out and fun map designed for zombie gametypes on Last Resort. Has a desolate look and feel with weapons and debris strewn about. Suggested no shields and plasma pistol start for humans! No weapon pick-up for Zombies!

What this means is that i've forced players to face each other on the lower level of the map where the energy bridge is (pictured in the icon for the map variant at the top of the page.)

Traffic cones = death. However, if you feel the need to try and get that rocket launcher, i'm not going to stop you.

No Game Variant Download Needed!
All the weapons you'll ever need (within reason) are already placed on this map. I've left out the highly explosive weapons like Rocket Launchers and even made Frag Grenades scarce (Spike Grenades are scattered all over the place, though). The weapon placement is tactical and balanced, to say the least.

Works With All Standard Gametypes!!
No matter what you feel like playing, it will work on this map. All slayer gametypes and all objective gametypes are taken care of with this map variant. Please try every gametype on this map because even I haven't tested each one to see if they will all work. =)


If you're still reading this, i'm glad; i've spent a ridiculous amount of time working on this map and i'd be glad if you'd at least download it and give it a try. If you like it (even if you don't), come back here and give me some feedback on how to improve it as I usually go back and revise maps that I make. See for yourself in this thread: Come Inside My BLOODY HOLE... I made that map two days after Halo 3 came out and revised it two weeks later, after getting feedback from several people.

Anyway, if you want to play a custom map that's been made with love and meticulous craftsmanship, try "Burning Bridges" and don't forget your fire extinguisher.

HOW I MINE FOR FISH?

Mt. Olympus. valhalla varient. Not for those afraid of heights. a collaboration between me and my friend, macflash. if i could get some help testing, that would be nice...havnt tested it with teams larger than 3 yet.

One flag CTF: attackers spawn with 2 banshees 2 mongeese and a hornet, a few snipers await them if they happen to care to go thru the teleporters...as well as a sentinel beam that my friend decided should go there. a splaser awaits them if they hare to jump down the hole. flag return pt same spot as other team's flag spaw pt: on the balcony. teleporter leads striaght to it. At the defenders base, they spawn up on their balcony with snipers, 2 turrets and a splaser, as well as a banshee and a warthog down on the ground. a scorpion is placed conviniently on a boulder close the the base. even teams preferable. played on default 1 flag ctf settings.

From the creator of ODST Swat, comes “The Hornet Nest,” a new version of Construct. During the invasion of The Ark, UNSC set up a base of operation on small orbiting installation around it. Woodlands

This is an map best used for zombie; specifically this game type variant: Woodlands Variant

The map and game type were created by: patfancj and Wakko45 I don't know why it says Bungie as the author.

The zombies start on the Sea Side Base and a couple of vehicles. The zombies start with swords and super speed.

The humans start next to the teleporter to the sky base. While there is a lot of weapons and grenades up there the structure isn't very sturdy. So if you aren't careful you and your team may fall into the zombies that are rushing the teleporter below.

There are 3 other bases the humans can go to.

*There is one with some good weapons and moderate blockade under the downed Pelican.
*The second one is the best but once you're in it its hard to get out without being infected. This base has great weapons and pretty decent blockade but most zombies come here and can get here before you do at the beginning. This one is located at the waterfall base.
*The third is the base where the zombies spawn. There are no weapons and medicore blockade, this is more of something that you dive in quick to hide.

Meet Snowed In. This is Snowbound suited for Close Quarters Combat, and Close Quarters Combat only. Every way to get to the outside has been blocked, forcing players to duke it out in the bowels of the map, which is littered with dozens of weapons and grenades, dusty memorials of the ancient battles that took place here before global warming caused the climate to shut down.

Each base is well-supplied with both weapons, grenades and equipment, and a mysterious teleporter in the central tunnel leads to a room I like to call the 'Treasure Chest': an appropriate name, as it holds the Shotgun spawn, which is a force to be reckoned with on this map. Opposed to this teleporter is the ever-present Flamethrower, a weapon which will melt - maybe not the ice, but certainly your opponent's faces.

Oh, and for the ones that like details, be sure to look outside... The battles outside may have ceased, but their relics remain.

For all you Saint's Row fans, here's a game variant based on the popular "Protect tha Pimp" online mode in Saint's Row. The VIP is the Pimp (complete with purple coloring, slower movement, and Gravity Hammer) and the protectors must get the pimp to the destination before the time runs out. Everyone has one life, so if you die, you'll have to wait till next round. One team acts as the hitmen trying to kill the pimp, and the other team must protect the pimp (hence the title). Everyone but the pimp starts off with an assault rifle and a shotgun and the other setting are normal. Tell me what you think, and enjoy!

I (with the help of my friend 'Ninja Bob') built an areana of multiple puzzles in The Pit.
You have to work your way through one room, to find the way into the next. (Transit via Teliports.)

Tell me what you guys think, I wish I was able to go through this with the ignorance that you have.
I am not sure how fun, or challenging this will be to you.
I spent a week on building this, it was pretty much done days ago, but I've spent the last couple of days going through it and trying to work out any minor flaws I found.
I also had a few selected testers go through it as I watched them to make sure it was sturdy.

It is number 5 and 6 on my File Share. (5 being the Map variant, and 6 being the Game variant.)

Here are the rules.

----
RULES:

1.) Do NOT melee any Barriers or Crates. Getting outside of the room with hitting the walls away is not a puzzle. You can make it through the entire puzzle without meleeing a single Barrier or Crate, I assure you.
2.) If for any reason you get outside of the puzzle arena, kill yourself. You will be respawned back inside.
3.) Have fun. :}

There are a total of 6 puzzles, which all will be ended by taking a teleport to the next.
(Excluding the first two, which you will go through two puzzles before reaching a teleport.)

[WARNING:
There are trap teleporters. These teleports take you to the "Death Pit".
The Death Pit is a room with a Gravity Lift, and Three Fusion Coils.
You will know it when/if you see it.
This room is not a puzzle, do not mistake this room for one.
The only purpose of this room is to kill you.]

You know it and love it: SWAT and Team SWAT.

The usual: BR, Magnum, a little faster running than in Halo 3 (which seems slower to me), no shields, no radar, one shot head kills, and 8 shots to body. Find them on my file share.

Gridiron Football
Map Variant | Game Variant (both needed)


No "honor rules" needed. Simply start the game and play ball. This actually plays like real (American) football and not your average game of Halo.

Players
8-16 players. The more players the better the game, so don't be shy with the invites. Even teams keep things balanced and exciting.

Offense & Defense
One team plays Offense and the other Defense. It's the offensive team's job to get the ball to the
end zone, and the defensive team's job to tackle (a.k.a. kill) them. Simple as that. The end zones are clearly marked Red for the Red team and Blue for the Blue team.

Ball Carrier
The ball carrier can take and deal a little more damage than the other players, and move a touch faster, but make sure to block for him. He'll need it to gain the yards and get better field position.

Touchdown!
Put points on the scoreboard by getting touchdowns. Whether you decide to run a post pattern or a flag, just get that ball across the goal line. The ball will instantly blow up to help you celebrate! You'll be happy to know that every game is different, sometimes it's a close game like 3 to 2, then other times you might lose 6 to 0.

Four Quarters
The game is 4 quarters at 2 minutes each. Which means you've got 2 minutes to get the ball up the field, or play some strong D. If the defense can cover a downed ball for 30 seconds straight the ball resets to reward them. If you are currently running with the ball and the time clock runs out, the quarter will not end until you either score or are tackled. Sorry, no halftime show.

Juice Up!
If you've got the time, hit the sidelines to grab a Custom "Yellow" Pickup. It'll give you the extra agility (speed / vert) to get the job done!


I spent about a week playing and tweaking this Map and Game Variant to play both fun and balanced. To make sure the offense doesn't dominate the defense (and vis-versa), to make sure the ball carrier isn't too weak or too strong, changing the respawn points 3 times, and getting feedback from friends who played this with me before it was released. The only optional note is that players are able to leave the field, most never do, but some people can't help but explore. There's nothing outside the field that will help you in any which way and if you want to state a "no leaving the field" rule before starting the game that's up to the party leader.

Hot Lava
Map Variant | Game Variant (both needed)


Remember playing "Hot Lava" as a kid? You know, jumping from the chair to the couch to the coffee table because you'll die if you touch the ground? That's exactly what this is, no honor rules needed. In a nutshell it's a fast-paced game where you need to stay on land to survive but at the same time grab as much land as you can to win the game! Territories just got fun.

Players & Teams
4-16 players. Your choice of 2, 3 or even 4 teams!

Decisions Decisions...
Here's the main objective, if you leave land and touch the ground your shield will disappear faster than you can say "headshot" (and they won't come back up), but on the other hand you'll need to grab as much land as possible to win the game. So do you stay on the move and grab as many as possible? Or do you stand and defend the few you already have because other teams can steal them from you? The choice is yours, and there are 8 pieces of land to claim.

Weapons & Equipment
Since having low shields is no stranger in this game, there are 3 bubble shields placed in key points on the map. Use them wisely and use them often. You'll need to keep your head on a swivel considering each piece of land has a key weapon on it, including a couple Plasma Cannons. Since running from one piece of land to another is no picnic, you'll be rewarded with grenades on your short trip.

Lay of the Land
Since going underground is no longer an option this map has an all new feel to it. More of a circular feel to it for faster action. There is one piece of land in particular that is touch harder to get to, so it has a Custom "Yellow" Pickup that will replenish your shields to full, and keep them full for 10 seconds. Keeping the weapon and land placement fun and balanced was important to me and I took extra time to get it right.


As always I never release a Game or Map unless I know it's fun and like nothing you've ever played before. I took well over a week or two building, tweaking and testing out this game with friends. I hope you like it and feel free to ask any questions or leave comments or feedback. Thanks!

Beachfront
Get the Map | Awesome for Multi-Flag


What's the first thing you do on Last Resort? Leave the beach probably, because there's nothing out there for you. Well now there is. On Beachfront the entire map consists of the length of the beach, which is actually bigger than you think. It's the perfect size for strategy game types like Capture the Flag, not too big and not too small.

Game Types
No special game variants needed! and is set up for every standard game type.

Capture the Flag - This is what Beachfront was intended for and by far the best game to play on this map. I've only had lots of positive feedback from those who have already played on it.
Assault - Also fun. Set up for regular and one bomb assault
Territories - It becomes an all new game of decision making when it's this up close and personal.
Other - All starting points, grab points, etc.. have been prepared if you prefer to play other games like Escort, Crazy King or Mad Dash. Not really recommended for regular assault or juggernaut.

Players
This map is perfect for 4-8 players (2v2, 3v3, 4v4)

Vehicles
Each team has 1 Mongoose to use to their advantage. Unless of course, the other team leaves theirs lying around. Go Brokeback.

Weapons / Equipment
I've taken a lot of time, testing and tweaking to make sure the weapons are both fun and balanced. There really is something for everyone in there. The choice of grenades and equipment were placed especially for team-based games.

Check this map out. It really does play like an all new map and you'll want it in your arsenal the next time you're the party leader. This is the second version of this map and I've really amped things up for serious fun. Some things I haven't mentioned are the scouting points (you'll know what I mean when you play it, they're perfect), a neutral sniper spot, thoughtfully placed turrets, and some others to discover of course ;) There are no fusion coils falling from the sky, no cramped hammer fights, or Mongoose racetracks. Just a kickass map you'll actually play on more than once.

play it on last resort, evry1 spawns in the water and block evry way out of the water is blocked with containers.play it with zombies. zombies have poor camo, 125% speed max gravity, no shields and a sword.humans have norm shields and magnums,no nades

Map Variant: Toppinest
Description: Made specifically for team-based objective gameplay. Players spawn at either three-story base with an SMG and BR. On the map are placed two Sniper Rifles at the third level of each base, several Battle Rifles, and various close-range weapons. Teleporters are used to direct players. If you should come upon two or more teleporters blocking your path, they are more than likely there to prevent you from going that way. If you chose to go through them, you'll be transported to the box of death. The only escape: suicide (don't worry, there are plenty of grenades). The general flow of the map is U-shaped, though it is possible and tactically beneficial to find ways past the barriers set to hinder you. Recommended team size is 4 to 8.

Description: Basic game of Multi-flag CTF, set up with some very subtle tweaks.

Description: Basic game of Multi-bomb Assault, set up with even more subtle tweaks.

New map, called Jub-Jub, kind of a throw-back,

In this one there are zombies spawning in the trees and the humans are on the other side, completely protected in their base.

oh sry, did i say completely, because they are actually very vernerable.


The Infected(zombies) spawn on the trees by the sniper tower. They are protected from spawn-rapage by the base itself, but in true zombies form shouldn't have sheilds. This makes the 4 BRs in the top lift room even more important, because they can of course one-shot the zombies easily.

Othe weapons in the human base are the turrets guarding almost every entrance, 6 shotguns and a few pistols next to the grave lift to the sniper tower, also there is a flame thrower in the middle of the top lift room. Nothing should respawn, unless you change the game settings.

This map is most fun when played with 8 or more, but is just as great when there are less people. When playing with less though, you need to develope a strategy otherwise the zombies hav an easy time killing you.

Dodgy Death - this is a crazy suicide but it explains why if you watch it then replay it a few times.

Narrows Bridge - this is an Awesome Map and i'd recommend it to bungie but im too scared to. But it is worth downloading i believe!

Floating Elephant Tank - this is a picture of me trying to get onto an Elephant Tank that spawned in mid air

G Colloseum Presented by NbK SPARXXX

basically a map inspired by the Landfall video, consists of 2 sides (red and blue) both teams have full covewr and you spawn with magnums. This is a highly tactical (almost real life meaning 1-2 shots for the kill ). Basically Crouch, shoot. hide.
