'Chaos' Ground: High Ground's brother

This map is purely insane. A Scorpion Tank + a Prowler for beach team, and a Wraith + Chopper for base team, Fuel Rod Gun placed in clever spots for both teams, 3 power ups aligned next to each other in front of the gate, weapons moved around, new equipment added in nice spots, and tweaked the tunnels to make them more interesting to play in.

Any gametype is fun in this map.

This map is just sheer chaos. Everything and everyone will be flying. It's pure fun, but insanity.

Edge 2.0 - The New Sandtrap, but out of the map!!!!

Edge
This is a custom made version of Sandtrap that adds two new base outside of the original map area. (1 on the structure you can see from map and one on a floating base just above).In single flag ctf, the attackers on on the floating Base, and the defenders on the structure down below. I must state that the only way to get back from the stucture is to take a Vechile, with the flag carrier riding. There is no way to get back to the Floating Base, so the return point is where You teleport to from the floating base. The floating Base contains a Banshee, a few sniper rifles and an energy sword. The structure Base contains Warthogs, Mongooses, Shotguns, Missile Pod and a Spartan Laser. There are also a few other weapons lying about the place.
Best played with:
-2-16 players
-2 Team Single Flag CTF
-The Time Limit on 5-10 Minutes

Wormhole
This a Map that's totally inside on Last Resort, but with a twist. 4 Different Areas, with Teleporters Linking them Together. All the teleporters are random, which means you could jump from one base to another, or you spend ages failing to get to the oppositions base. There are many Dual-Wieldable Weapons Lying about the Place and Many Weapons such as Energy Swords, Sniper Rifles and Shotguns appear. There is a Custom Power-Up, Active Camo and Overshields in this level, plus lots of Equipment.
The 4 Areas are:
-Red Team Base (The First Base, this features Weapons, mainly UNSC, Grenades, one Teleporter Out of There and the flag)
-Blue Team Base (The Second Base, this features weapons, mainly covenant, Grenades,a teleporter out of there and the Flag)
-The Atrium (The Biggest Room, this more weapons, equipment and power-ups than any other room and has the most teleporters, where all the fighting goes on)
-Stronghold Cache (This is the smallest area, but features weaponary that could give you an advantage in battle, the shotgun, the sniper rifle, bubble shield and a custom power-up)
Best Played With:
-2-12 Players
-2 Team Two Flag CTF (first to 3 wins)
-Custom Power-Up set to invincibilty or Extra Speed (but for short time such as 3 or 5 seconds)
- No Time Limit

Check parental restrictions on your xbox and make sure it's off. If you're under 19 and your parents set up the XBL account for you, you may be out of luck.

This seems pointless to post on, since most people are going to come here just to post games and not to search for them, but I'll post my set anyway since it's not getting very much attention in the game variants forum.

Road to Victory
A map made on Construct that is designed for One Flag game varients, particularly the one designed for this map called Journey. There is only one path to the flag, it will be a ruthless, difficult journey, can you handle it?

Crate King

Here is a really fun King of the Hill map with a huge pyramid of Crates with the Hill going back and forth between the very top, and the hallow middle. Best if team based.

I also have a "Crate King" gametype that works best with this map

This is my ODST map and gametype. Me and some friends made a series of these, but this seems to be the crowd favorite. They are in slots 1 and 4.

Basically, the ODSTs drop down into the minefield near the Albatross Heavy Drop Ship. They have to hit the ground running if they want to survive. They need to grab a weapon or vehicle and go the the large structure on the other side. In here is the Brute Chieftan. The goal of the ODSTs is to assasinate him (this gains them several points) and the goal of the brutes is to protect him. There are 3 main places to hold off, each with a disadvantage and an advantage.
1-Spawn room. It has plenty of weapons, and since it's so close quarters, the gravity hammer is a huge asset. However, the many openings allow hornet missiles and sneak attacks to get in.
2-On top of spawn room. Has significantly less weaponry, but also less entrances. The main disadvantage is the vulnerability to snipers and hornets.
3-The broken dropship. Has a few weapons, but an ODST armed with a Shotgun can drop through the top and kill the VIP.

Everyone has only 1 life, no shields, immune to headshots, and several other things I won't go into right now. These things, coupled with the fact that the weapons do not respawn, make the map a bit more believable. One of the Elephants won't spawn, and the other you can't get into.

I made a game type and map both are called prison Break.

First off I found a glitch that allowed me to put a teleporter in a safe spot under contruct then i made a room that only allows the prisoners to break out of once ( in the verry beginging) the prisoners are stronger than the cops. every time a cop dies they become a prisoner but is suck in the cell. if the cops can kill the first prisoners and keep the rest in their blocked off cell for the duration of the round the cops wih, It is a form of infecton buy it is rather fun. especially if you get 16 ppl playing. I will upload the two map and game type as soon as i am done with this but i am sorry i dont know how to link. And if the cops and robbers doesnt sound like fun check it out just for the glitch....!!!! have fun

Ok!

I thought it was about time I added some things.

The Weekly Update announced a Rocket Race playlist... So here's Narrows [Race], a Rocket Race on Narrows that Bungie may or may not want to add to the playlist. In terms of rules, just use the Rocket Race gametype but with Base player traits and VIP speed turned down to 25%, to encourage people to use the mongooses. Here's the map: Clicky Clicky

It's become somewhat popular and I think it'd really take off in a playlist. I should note that Narrows [Race] is a map I did not make on my own, I made it with Mr Sui.


I'd also like to submit my latest infection map, Pushin' Daisies (Valhalla). The uninfected spawn with armored warthogs and have to survive the zombie outbreak. There is a base with some weapons and a better chance of survival, but they have to get there first... The zombies have high speed and low gravity, and overall it's proving to be frantic co-op fun on the side of the uninfected, and it doesn't, so far, seem to have the "moral rules" or potentially game breaking loopholes that other Forged infection gametypes and maps seem to have to ensure fun gameplay. If the uninfected don't go to the base? So be it, but they won't last long. Ideal for 5-10 players.

Equipment includes 2 flares and a grav-lift. They DO NOT respawn. The bomb must be planted either inside the control center of the base (on the 2nd Floor) or in the motor pool (CT Spawn).
-Counter-Terrorists-
The CT's spawn inside the motor pool. As with the terrorists, the weapons and equipment are in front of them and DO NOT respawn. However, the CTs get a trip mine instead of a grav-lift. Their goal is to prevent the destruction of the motor pool or the control center.

I created this a long time ago maybe a month or two with Zejay and some help from Hale92. Took around 3 days to complete. Have fun!

Smear The -blam!-- very fun gametype can be used with any of the small to medium sized maps.

The gametype is oddball and the goal is to get 25 points as the -blam!-. the -blam!- is 150% faster and has 75% Gravity and 50% shield vampirism, and you get 2 points for kills as the -blam!- and 1 for killing him or her.

the other players are outfitted with a grav hammer and a pistol, and this is a FFA Gametype but it may require some teamwork so try to refrain from killing your peers until they get the ball, remember to explain this to your lobby beforehand. ball is on instant pickup

so please DL and comment and i would appreciate any criticisms so i can make this better. I only was able to playtest this for about an hour so if anyone wants to help with that they are welcome my GT Is STOOPIDAPE

Ever played with those little Lego blocks when you were little?
Well i decided to make a map variant just like Lego!

The Game is meant to play on a Swat game type making the quick turns and twists super fun.
Playing SWAT on this map will make it impossible to get out of the area so dont even try or you will find yourself killed in the next 2 seconds

Enhanced Sandtrap Map Variant:

This is an upgraded Sandtrap, and is best used in games featuring alot of players. Here are some of the features:

*Hornet added on the opposite side of the map from the Banshee, to compete for air supremecy.

* 4 Gravity Lifts have been placed to quickly reach places that required alot of running. An extra Gravity Hammer is directly across the canyon from the other, and using a nearby gravity lift will reduce your effort.

* One Warthog on each side has been replaced by a Gauss Warthog for extra firepower.

* Elephant has 3 major upgrades: Extra Missile Pod is near driver window; New machine gun turret on bottom floor facing the rear to combat flanks; Ghost has been added beside the Mongoose. Small extras include 2 flame grenades and a regenerator. -- Both elephants are balanced equally.

Other than that, there are a few extra grenade types placed evenly throughout, but its not a grenade spam. Also 2 Plasma Swords in balanced areas just for variety.

I recently added a video clip using the Monitor view from the Forge, showing the locations of everything so you can see what you're getting before actually playing.

You can find the video in my File Share by clicking on my name. It is called "Ehanced Preview" and it's in Slot 6.

Quick Flash - an ideal game for people seeking a change to CTF

Constuct, MLG CTF rules. Attackers spawn witha power drainer, flare and radar jammer. Missle pod, Slazer and Flamethrower are all there. Dotn take the purple lifts..... Im not going into it but just trust me here. Take the one you spawn facing... Hop on a mongoose, and DONT SHOOT THE BARRELS. The blast radius will kill you before your gunner notices that you were a bit close to them. When they explode, every single thing in the room will cease to exist. Get inside te courtyard, get to the sword room steal the flag and run down the support beams and take it home. A good team can score 7 or 8 times a round against a bad one.

Defenders have a much better chance than in my last game of defending against a team of roughly equal skill, unlike my last map, the dreaded deathtrap. They spawn within a room where a rocket launcher replaces the sword, there is 2 brute shots and 2 shot guns spawning in the "courtyard" you all know the room. It is advised that you stay in this room and not venture out into the "flash" rooms, just spamn grenades there and hope that people dont jump to the sniper platform, as i do. By the way, the sniper platform has a teleporter on its lower level that leads to the top little side walkways that are at the top of the courtyard.

Teamwork wins. People trying to face the whole other team by themselves will get themselves killed.

his is a map me and my friend reconSGT made.WE broke the barrier and made two bases on the third floor of both buildings.there is a different way two get into both bases, but each one includes the jail like thing above the hallway w/ invisibility in it.Also there are garage under each of the bases. In the center of the level there is a small base complete w/ trenches, sniping points, and a small room thats perfect for ambushes.

originally this map was made for capture the flag but its even better for
slayer games.

Map = Whole New Level (of forging)

I'm 90% sure pretty much everything was deleted and then changed, so there is nothing the same from the original "Last Resort" weapons layout.
The buildings have been converted into bases and ammo areas for a Zombie variant game type, if you follow the link a bit more detail is given about the bases but this is the type of map were it is really just best to go straight to downloading it.
There is no specific game type variant of infection needed; any type of infection will do.
I do suggest you play with as many people as you can though.

USNC (TRAINING) FACILITY

This map took me overall approx 5-10 hours of work (when you're having fun you lose track of time). Essentially, it's best played with a SWAT variant (I also have one published in my File Share, if anyone is interested) but works well with CTF, Assault, VIP, and both regular and team slayer. Meant for 2 teams, with each starting at the opposite ends. They start in what I think is called the "snipers tower" and have a turret, abundant weapons and equipment to chose from, and there is a teleporter to bring players back up to the base (I've tried stairs made out of crates, a sloping runway sort of thing made of pallets and crates, and a grav lift). The area where the sniper rifle usually spawns is now a closed off Garage for each team's mongoose (making CTF and Assault extra fast). There are no power-ups since this map is designed for SWAT, power-ups would just be silly. The flamethrower spawns where the Rocket Launcher would usually be, it's far enough from the main action to make it a challenge to go and get and come back with, and is in the dead center "50" of the map so that each team has an equal chance to get it. The armory is more enclosed then ever before, and is actually useful now, as I've put abundant "armouries" into it, just download the map to find out what goodies I put in there :-). Download it, try it with a group of friends with SWAT, and (using the link I provided) tell me what you think

i have created a map that you can get your picture with friends on vahalla with all avalible vehicles,wepons,grenades,and more ,if you want it sent msg to centralx hopfully il get a new 1 aginst a more pretty background but il have to figgure out how with little space, it should be done arond 11/13 but untill my background is satisfactory sry i will not be putting the map on fileshare but i will post pictures(jus so no1 steals my map)
