Mario Kart map and gametype and Pilots map and gametype need testing and feedback!!! my gamertag is frythan. if you could test it out it would be awesome. send me some feedback too. and the rules for the pilots map are all flying vehicles cannot pass the teleporters on the enemy's side of the map. and if you try to drive the elephant you will regret it. pilots is a good 5v5 or 8v8 map. you must get into a vehichle. and mario kart is a variant of rocket race except with a slight twist. remember, pilots, 5v5 - 8v8 and mario kart 2v2 - 2v2v2v2

This is my Sandtrap Race Map, it involves some seriously insane sections, including drop pods falling from the sky to crush you! It needs to be played with a modified version of rocket race, ie. you need to switch the way go-to points work, from random to ordered, and vehicles to map default from mongoose only as it is played using warthogs as otherwise no-one ever completes a lap, they other get blown off by mines or traps, or lose control and then die from mines after a jump. Pirates VS Ninja's

Everyone knows what this means. The age old question to who wins...Pirates, or ninja's? The answer? You decided!

PirateVSNinja is set on Last Resort's beach where there is a Pirate Ship, with heavy machine gun turrets on one side, and trip mines to place in the water on the inside. While on the wall you have the Ninja's base. Gear up with Fire-Bomb Grenades and Flares and prepare to do battle with the Pirates.

This is meant to be played on the map, PirateVSNinja. You start out on either pirates or ninja's side.

Ninja's start on top of the wall on, and they travel very fast. They have normal jumping heights and have infinite swords. Their health regenerates faster and they are a bit weaker than usual.

Pirates start in the pirate ship. They have their captain to defend. The captain has a bruteshot and a sword both with infinite ammo and he doesn't move very fast. He is stronger than the pirates and ninja's. Pirates have swords and pistols both with infinite ammo. they also travel slowly but not as slow as their captain. they have normal shields and do a little bit more damage then the ninja's.

8-10 players for best quality games.

I gurantee you cant get out. My friend and I tested this map for hours and proven to be a fun, balanced and fast paced game.

hey guys, new to the forums. Heres my gametype, which i think is pretty cool.

Its called Z EscapeMission, and plays on a Valhalla map of the same name. Its Territories, but is meant to be a zombies gametype. You have to follow honor rules to play correctly. The human team must go to each territory and capture them one by one in a specific order while the zombies try overrun their barricades. Each territory plot is surrounded by various items and weapons making them small, checkpoint-like sections. They arent meant to camp in and spend the round, just to restock on ammo and then move on.

The order of the territories is supposed to make a story. The human team starts by the crashed pelican w/ some OK guns, and then retreat to the cave on their left, T1, to regroup. This is an easy capture because the zombie(s) start at the lake-side base. They then move on to the center hill, where the spartan laser spawns normally, T2, to get a better view of their surroundings. This will most likely be their first zombie encounter. They see the radio antenna where the mongoose is, T3, and call in for Evac. They then head over to the base by the waterfall, T4, where they wait for the choppers to arrive. They then get into their Hogs behind the base and transverse the map to the other base, T5. They capture this, get in the hornets and drop off the survivors into a teleporter that can only be reached by flying. This takes them to the other, unused cave, T6. Its blocked off, and is supposed to be the safety zone and end of the round.

The guns get progressively stronger as you continue, because your most likely losing guys as you go on. You start w/ ARs and SMGs., while ending w/ Rockets and Spartan Lasers. The idea is that the hornets are the escape choppers, and once they humans get into them, the zombies are pretty much screwed anyway, so they have to stop the humans from getting T5 cuz T6 is . They either get bombarded, or the humans capture the last territory. I havent played the gametype yet, but it seems pretty promising to me. I wanted this to be Infection w/ VIP Escort style goals, but Inf. doesnt seem to support that option.

Country Race

This is a really fun race that is set in Valhalla. It has lots of jumps and uses almost the whole map and objects. So far it has about 300+ downloads.

Assault on the Fortress
The Fortress is a modified version of HighGround, it combines game elements from ET: Quake Wars and any OmahaBeach Map.

This map is to be played with the Gametype Assault (A variation of Escort - attached in Map post).

As the Attackers, spawning airborne on the beach, you will face better armed, fully equipped and perfectly covered Defenders. Try to make your way up to the fortified wall and reach the Gate. After completing your assault on the Base you should care about the Bunker, the Gate Control, The Ops-Center and finally the Missile-Site.

Keep in mind that only your engineer(VIP) has the ability to bomb/capture/sabotage these spots. The Soldiers escorting the Engineer will turn into Spec-Ops, they will change their color to black and have a slightly higher damage resistance.

To prevent spawn-killing I activated invulnerability for 5 seconds after spawning.

Its a lot of fun, try it! ;D

Ok first of all i wanne say i know i little mist post me but i cant make a thread on shared maps and its still a halo3 map so its not rilly on the rong forum

ok so i made a map and post it here

Map : the map name is Battle Field!

its a pritty small map but can be played whit 16 players
every Game type can be played on it

The rules:
1.No grenades (this so u cant go out and u can move the container)
2. Dont Open the gate (else u can go out at a place
3.Have fun and play fair :)

Ok i couldent test it myself couse the downadeble content what i cant fix i know how but it says i have no xbl even if i do
so if u find any bugs (expect u can go outside)
please tell me about it then and if u think some things ar unbalanced please tell me to

Speed Slayer

Speed slayer consists of a small corridor, any team size (depending on how hectic you want it to be), and some basic weapons, unless you choose one of the other game variants:

Standard Speed Slayer
Speed Slayer Hardcore
Speed Slayer Ninja

SSHC: Speed slayer with heavy weapons.
SSN: Speed slayer with all invisible and swords.

Demo Derby

Basically, this gametype (the map, Desert Derby, is also available from the above link) allows people to have a demolition derby. The thread goes more in depth but essentially there are only two ways to reach the winning 15 points. Destroy other peoples warthogs (while they're in them) resulting in a splatter. Or splatter the pedestrians that are running around trying to get into a warthog. Damage is set to 0% so that weapons and grenades become irrelevant (the only use for grenades is to dissorient the drivers)(This also means that getting in the gunner seat is useless, as you can't do any real damage). Assassinating other pedestrians will yield no points, and will just get you hated by the other players. Ideal for 3-10 people, but the more the better.

Grenade sickness. Works good on any map but the smaller maps are better.

Damange resistance cranked to 200.

starting weapon - NONE
secondary - NONE
weapons on map - NONE
grenade regeneration - ON

Nothing better than 8 guys throwing grenades at each other in a small hallway.

Here give this map a try it is on High Ground. I call it the Gauntlet. It is perfect for Big team Battles or Capture the flag. It is a heavy weapons map and you will have a "blast" with the fusion coils. Not sure if this is right but here is the link:

Hey any chance that bungie would possibly add maps from Halo 1 and Halo 2 in possible patch releases to add in Halo 3? A few scenery replacements is all that would need to be done and some item placement. :)

WELCOME, to the beat down box, a small box of fun, it's best played with 6-8 ppl but if you were to get 10+ ppl in it, it is insanity, you spawn with all swords and slash away at your opponets, and for a twist change the game settings to shotguns or magnums, what ever you like, oh and please try not to use the nades, but hey im not thier so go right a head if you like. all who have played love it

hello all created a quick gametype called Tank Slayer.

Simple stuff 2 Teams of four control a scorpian and a guass hog.

2 points per kill
1point for assist
no weapons at all except the vehicles. The radar is set to 150m as well to track and ambush your enemy. utilize your guass hog effectivly to destroy the opposing tank. set up your tank in a position to long range the opposing tank. Use both in tandem to eliminate your opponent.

Seems there can be alot of ways to play this. My first so feed back appreciated. check my file share.

MLG sucks

I have great zombies maps on my file share, and Im always hosting zombie gametypes Everyone's favorite is always Drive!!( and all the maps play great with 28 days later gametype also on my Fileshare(just bump up the Zombies speed to 300 percent to make it more balanced

Game: StarWars
Map: Naboo


Shortly after his resurrection, Darth Vader returns to Naboo to enslave it's people and force them to build the one weapon that will ultimately destroy their home planet. Rebel Forces have already begun to form and rise up against him. Perhaps even one will rise amongst them as a Jedi to challenge his power. Do you have the strength to over come your seemingly defeat?

GAMEPLAY:
The game is a VIP variant set on Vahalla. The game itself is based on a point system rather than VIP kills. I did this to add length to the game and eliminate the 99% chance of a tie. The invading team which consists of Darth Vader (the VIP), Imperial Guards (vicinity trait), and storm troopers has launched a fledged attack on the defending team which consists of Nabooans and Rebel Forces. A good strategy is the best way to rule the map but an all out guns blazing gun battle is just as fun. There is a good source of land and air vehicles and ample weapons to take them, as well as other players, out. And the more people you have, the more insane it gets. Recommended for 8+ at least.

Invading Forces:
You got Vader on your side and the force is strong with him. Jumpers further and higher and has a higher threshold of pain (taking and recieving). You can either go off on you own to fight the Rebels as a Storm Trooper or stick close to Vader to become his Imperial Guard. Be careful of your weapon choice because once you're in Imperial Guard you won't be able to pick up any weapons. You can choose to fight by land on foot or by land cruiser, or you can take to the air in any of the earlier versions of Tie Fighters or Imperial Guard ships. Be careful though because the Rebel forces are well equipped to take you down. Strategy is the name of the game to collecting the most points and staying alive.


DEFENSE:
You are the Rebel Forces in charge of deterring Vader and his forces. You are armed heavily but compared to the Imperial Forces you are bugs waiting to be squashed. It is up to you to overcome your draw backs and destroy as many of the enemy as possible. One of you will rise above the rest to become the one Jedi who might save the planet from enslavement. You can take to the air in your Jedi Star Fighter or attack by land using your Rebel land vehicles. You have multiple guard posts across the map all accessible via teleporters each armed with its own set of artillery. You are over powered and out numbered but you can over come these odds with the right game plan.

://>The Jedi power-up has be set with the Light Saber. The one who finds it will become the next Jedi. It basically gives slightly better traits than Darth Vader because we all know good over comes evil.

Do you find yourself frustrated with your sniping skills? Do you need practice, but no buddies are online to fly around in forge? Try out Marksmanship, a map I created specifically for people to practice their sniping skills. This is just a simple prototype of the map, and I hope to improve upon it once we get access to movable mancannons.

Basically, it's skeet shooting. You spawn, invincible, with a sniper rifle with infinite ammo and a battle rifle with infinite ammo. Now, fusion coils spawn on top of the mancannon at one of the bases, launching themselves into the air for you to shoot down. The explosion of the fusion coil gives you an undeniable hit confirmation. There is also a makeshift tower set up at the other end of the map for long range practice. One again, this is only a map prototype. I'd love suggestions on how to improve on the map.

Me and my friend made a similar map to this, only there was a custom powerup that gave you damage resistance and super speed. All the weapons on the map were taken out except for the gravity hammer and the starting weapon was a plasma pistol for all the midair punching you'll ever need. I don't have the map, but his gamertag is BuzzingKrieger. It's called Epic Dual or Duel, I forget if he spelled it right.
