I have an idea for a gametype and ill try to not make a wall of text

The point would to destroy teh other teams HUGE ship.

You couldnt just destroy it from the outside with rockets

All weopons would be usable by control panels inside the ships (enemies can use them)

Main cannon might have like 5 shots per min or somethin, just a thought ( THANK YOU PESKY)

The Ships would contain:
1.A weopons system (1 main cannon, 2 secondary cannons, and 4 or 5 turrets of some sort)
2.Shield Sytem (this would protect the main reactor and main front door
3. Main Reactor (destroyed by taking one of the many bombs in you own ship and placing them on main reactor)
4. Main Front Door (impossible to enter, possible to exit until sheild system is destroyed, then you can enter; has 2 turrets in front of it)
5. 2 Side Doors (turret above each one, always posible to enter)
6. Bomb Room (3 bombs that only your team may use or interfere with, enemies cant pick your bombs up)

I'm open to any thoughts/opinions you guys can think of and keep in mind this is a fresh idea (to me at least)

The Cave

It's a 3 floored maze complete with the right "Power" weapons for the variant. All hidden in non-easy to find areas. Your radar may fail you on this variant seeing as though there are 3 floors. I find a 2-8 player game of swords ideal for this variant. It's hard to camp on this variant b/c people will jump down on you if the catch you.

Introductory: Hey Everyone I made a pretty creative map on Foundry. I have had nothing but good response to it... and my friends told me I should post it here, so here ya go :). It is a puzzle map. The object is to get to the oddball, going through many obstacles. You have to think outside the box to get to the next step. Some of the rooms you will have to face can be seen below.

Difficulty: Medium-Hard. Depends on how many of mine you have played and how good you are at mazes/puzzles. If you hate me on some parts of the map... I am sorry :(.

Halo 3 Sr/Awp Map and CS-like variant
I get inspired by other games and ideas (I lack creativity).
The Sniper Rifle map is a remake of the CS. 1.6 AWP Map, it is not perfectly symmetrical, and is supposed to test even the greatest snipers by keeping them on their toes. The variant has increased gravity for the purpose of 1. Strafe jump/shooting and 2. Less hangtime in the air. The speed is reduced and the radar is turned off. I also intended the map to have rounds so each person gets one life, but i ran out of time and my XBL account expired. The map has a slight respawn problem in the beginning (whoever spawns outside the map head for the teleport) and is best used for any amount of people. Each team should have their own side.

Just updated safeguard. It took me over 12 hours to create this map. I have perfected everything from spawning points to weapons. The map isn't a new one of mine but I recently fixed a few flaws that were annoying people who played it. Don't feel like your going to be downloading a bad map because you aren't.

The map is asymmetrical. One team has an advantage over the other as they are trying to defend their 3 story base. It's a great map for one flag and one bomb games. It also works great with territories and infection. I put hours upon hours of time into making the map perfect.

Here is my new map, Slums, slot five on my file share. It is based on an old Killzone 1 map called Vektan slums. It is only usable with CTF and Slayer games.

Slums is a symmetrical map, with plenty of tight spaces for close combat, though it is a great deal roomier than my other maps. Two Turrets in the upper level of each base provide defense, although are great targets for Snipers and Rocket launchers. There are several powerful close range weapons scattered around the map, though you will need to keep a decent mid range weapon for firing the length of the map.

Complex 09A is a forged Foundry map that supports ALL gametypes. The map makes use of the original bases, has a central arena with many ways in, out and around and focuses on open and close-quarters combat.

It offers a variety of gameplay, is original, looks good and ultimately is a lot of fun to play on.

DOME OF DOOM... 100+DL's


I know there are alot of "DOME" style maps but this is not just some pile of junk thrown together in what seems to be a few minutes. Please dowload doomdome.... gametypes also. Does work with unedited gametypes but you won't be dying all the time with mine.

Hilarious action ahead.

As the name implies, this is a symmetrical dome/arena style map that has been well thought out (I think?).

Eight spawn points, two upper and lower on either side of the dome. Spawn up top, jump toward the grav lift which leads to the upper room where the rockets and plasma cannon lie. Although you might think you'll be the S*** with these weapons the doomdome.... gametype settings somewhat level the playing feild. If you choose to hit the ground you can drop straight down or use the man cannons to launch you across the map to the battle floor where a gravity hammer awaits for some bludgeoning good times (four total on the battle floor, each man cannon from above leads to one). Spawn on the battle floor and use your starting weapons (see below), head for a hammer or run for the center and grab the flame thrower. Plenty of options here.

If you want to head back up to the top either side of the floor (hence symmetrical) has a grav lift and platforms to do so. Of course grav lifts can explode so you do have another option which you'll just have to work out.

Starting weapons are the shotgun and brute shot (if you download doomdome.... gametype). Resistance is increased, speed is 90% and gravity is set at 75%. Other options have been altered. Trade secret. Yeah B.S.

It's a figure eight track for the mongoose and warthog. There are several cool elements. Lets start from the beginning.

There are three seperate spawn points. Two are located on floating platforms in opposite corners and there are six in the center of the track. The two platform spawns have the heavy weapons but you're going to have to make your way to the garage (where all the geese and hogs are) on foot. One is very close to it but the other you'll encounter some mortar fire first. The other six spawns are surrounded by boxes except for one end which has a shield to prevent vehicles from entering. Once you have spawned here you must then climb stairs to a man cannon which then propels you to the garage. Be careful here because everyone who spawns here has to take the same man cannon. Makes for some interesting battles from the get go.

Once at the garage, battle it out and choose your vehicle. Best if everyone just drives. Like thats going to happen. Anyway, there are four mongoose and two warthogs. On your way, you start by going underneath the upper portion of the track which we'll come to later (theres a few surprises here). A jump then leads to the range area which is comprised of a couple jumps and mostly explosions (you'll see).

Now past the range you'll go under the overpass jump, up the ramp to a 180 (which is tight but easily navigated if you have the skilz) then straight to the overpass. Here you have to choose. Go on the right side of the jump and you'll end up passing the garage and continuing on the previously stated line. Go on the left side of the jump and you'll wind up taking the upper deck (you'll pass the sword somewhere along the way) which goes up a ramp to the left, over a jump then (all while being bombarded) if your positioned properly, you can bypass most of the range heading toward the overpass again. And around and around we go!

That was a simplified description of what you'll encounter. This track is a blast. I'll drive this track for hours, by myself (just a little weird, I know).

Warhouse Inc. - An Asymmetrical Foundry-creation.

The map is a nice mix of wider and tighter spaces and has been built to look like an indrustial warehouse, trucks and everything. The weapon layout is pretty basic, one shotgun in the back hallway, a sniper placed in the truck-bay corner and BR's and small-arms scattered across the map with grenades placed out evenly.

I have made the Original CTF that was in Halo PC. Its in my fileshare as "Old CTF".
It is WAY more fun that the default Halo 3 CTF.
Try it on any map you like.

Sounds fun, even though I'm not such a fan of Guardian.

Anyway I made a cool Foundry map thats like a big old house with stairs and some other features. Each team starts on one side of the map and you need to enter a house thats somewhat in the middle of the map and go up the stairs and across the bridges until you reach a floating platform that has the flag on it. Bring it back to your base and let the race start all over again!

I'm also working on an infection map that has the humans defending their castle like house while the zombies try to break in and kill everyone. Good thing the house is full of shotguns for the humans!

I'm thinking of ways to make a map with two pirate ships and a team on each side. The players will push fusion coils into the "cannons" (Probably man cannons or maybe gravity lifts) to destroy the other teams ship but other than that the map doesn't have much depth. It does have allot of potential but I'd like some suggestions.

Unfortunately I don't have x box live GOLD but I do have a 1 month free trial (courtesy of Microsoft after repairing my 360) but when I do activate it I would be more than happy to share all of my maps with the internetz.

PLEASE POST SUGGESTIONS!!!

Paintball
Paintball is a highly tactical gametype, with no respawns, one hit kills, pistol starting with no weapon pickup, high gravity, and 10 rounds (they go by quickly on the Paintball field map with 3-5 player teams).

Paintball Field
The Paintball Field map is meant to be used with the Paintball gametype. It is a Foundry map (you need the DLC to play it) and consists of a series of barriers and walls, resembling an actual Paintball field in many respects. Try moving up with the soccer balls as cover. It is completely symetrical and works great with 3-5 player teams (6-10 players).

I think that this Paintball on Paintball field setup is done well and is very fun. All of my friends who tested it loved it so much, I decided to put it here. I am open to suggestions on how to improve it.

here is the complete description of the base:

Ok me and a freind and my brother made this map. they took blue base and i took to the skies. the blue was entirely made by them unfortunately it has an anoying amount of power weapons but neither of them truly appreciiate the beauty of halo3 either.

Sky Base (above and to the west of red base)

The Sky base i made is tri level base. it obviously has several defense including three turrets one plasma and two LAAG's. they utilize and over lapping feild of fire but are completly open to snipers...grrr. the only way to reach this base...because the spawn points a re messed up..thx to my freind, you can aquire a BR or a the blue base turret and knock the banshee off obviously i created my base with a huge mind for team play. the second and third levels are home to wraiths. no i dont want u ppl to drive them off and go attack the base with there actaully meant for artillery. working as a team to ppl maning the wraiths while a third spots fire for them in the banshee or using a simple scoped weapon help protect the base from the relentless missle pods, sp'lasers, snipers, fuel rods, rockets, and warthog fire. the blue is completly protect from any and all wraith rounds from the inside u can only make them keep there heads down with the artillery. although the foolish, or downright brave will want to pop out ocassionaly for the laser potshot or missle pod barage something an artillery spotter should watch for. the base could support a team of 8 well functioning spartan and/or elites. thats about as much as i will say play it unlock its complete potenetial.

its called BIG BASES i havent advertised it but still have quite a few downloads. Also try
SUPER SLAYER, sounds a little cheesy, but there lots of high flying platform action. seemlessly put together. And with the ground artillery, you will want to get up high in a hurry. Hop i a wraith and jump it to new hieghts , you'll see. This ,map is lots of fun and has just enough of everything.
And for a truly insane mosh pit experience try my MOSH PIT map on standoff, set the game variant to mosh pit and fight your way as high as you can get to win!!!! All extreemly clean maps!!
