Air Superiority on Unfriendly Sky

These are the names of a Forged Map and custom gametype that I've created. I'm posting this here to get some feedback. Both pieces of content are in my file share, so feel free to download if you're interested. If you do download, please give some feedback, even if to only tell me how bad it sucks. :) Also, if this has been done before and I look like a copycat, I sincerely apologize.

The gametype is KOTH on Sandtrap. There's only one Hill, largest size available (60x60). The catch is, the Hill is located in the air. There is almost no way to earn points by staying on the ground. You have to kick the tires and light the fires, and get some birds in the sky. However, just because you've gotta keep planes in the sky doesn't mean that ground-vehicle based combat doesn't get some love, either.

Both teams have a mostly symmetrical loadout: 2 Banshees, 1 Hornet, 1 Warthog, I Gauss 'Hog, and the Elephant that contains 2 Rocket Launchers, 1 Sniper, 1 Shotgun, 1 Sentinel Beam, I Spartan Laser, 1 Gravity Hammer, 2 Machine Gun turrets (plus 1 fixed turret), 2 Trip Mines, 1 Bubble Shield, and 1 Mongoose. The respawn timers on the aircraft are low (10 seconds, or Below Minimum), the Hog's 45 seconds each, and the weapons are default with the exceptions of the Trip Mines. The starting weapons are BR's and PP's. Since it's hard to place grenades on a map that's meant to be air-oriented, I also turned Regenerating Grenades ON. If I remember correctly, I increased the MT range to 75m, as well.

(I forgot to mention that there are Mongeese scattered around the map at random. The goal was, if you were to be shot down or eject and live, you wouldn't have to walk for 2 hours back to the base.)

I've created a great sport. Fun and fast paced. The bomb spawns floating in the middle. Each team's "goal" is half way up the wall with stairs on both sides. Played with low gravity and high speeds. Download HERE The game variant is also found on that thread

Fast and Easy Soccer On Foundry
This is a really good soccer map, when a goal is scored, the ball is funnelled and reset into the middle of the field, after scoring all you have to do is wait two seconds and the ball will be launched into the centre again

Welcome to Reticle Beach

4-6 players.
This map is set up for action on the beach of Last Resort.
This is a Free-for-all map that it is meant to be played while using any Sniper Variant.
There are many unique spawn points, and hiding places that are great for long range action.
Look for a way to reach the hidden vantage point to confuse your opponents.
Also a slew of explosive materials continue to wash up on shore, so be careful when taking long walks on the beach.

This structure came from my desire to create an inescapable see-through arena like the Thunderdome in Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. It took me several days and a ton of patience to complete. I have also added the game variant Thor to play in FoundryDome.

Human and Brute weapons with no extra clips are peppered about the FoundryDome at different levels. There is a gravity hammer dead center. There is one sword and one rocket across from each other on the next to highest level – neither will re-spawn. A turret, which will only be useful if you detach it, and a flamethrower are perched up high – neither will re-spawn. These last two are very difficult to reach. Let me know if you are able to reach them.

The 50% gravity of Thor makes the weapons and upper levels more accessible. There are no grenades on FoundryDome. I would suggest lowering the gravity and removing starting grenades on any game played in FoundryDome.

I have only tested FoundryDome with a small number of players. I’d love to know how it plays with larger groups. My feeling is it would be chaotic but fun.

Wall Wars

Wall Wars is a map variant of Foundry I made. Wall Wars has a giant wall that cuts the map into two equal halves. You start out in a room with four different weapon types located inside of it: Assault Rifles, Battle Rifles, Shotguns, and Grenades. The room is totally closed off from the outside, so there is no way to die while your inside of it. To get out of it, you have to go through a one-way teleporter located right outside of the room you first spawn in. The teleporter leads out into a small area some-what closed off by crates. After you leave that area, you will find yourself in a bigger area with walled-off man cannons that you use to get over the giant wall. Wall Wars can be used with any gametype, but it was made mostly to be played with Team Slayer. Have fun and enjoy my map. If you find any problems with it, or have any questions, just PM me.

Well hopefully this will ever see the light of day,but I worked hard on keeping the symetrical as possible. Here is the link to the fileshare for the map. It's called Silent Delight and it's a small level based in foundry, but does have a big problem for some reason when you first start you don't spawn where your supposed to. I would have fixed this error but my 360 broke and never got to fixing it. But one sucuide and your in the right spot. Anyway this works great for standard slayer.
Rules: Time limit up to you same with kill limit. The level works best with 8 or less, but I've noticed you can have up to 16 players for total mayhem.

'Atom Ball' game type and 'The Pitch' map.
You may download them from my file share, here.

The Atom Ball game type is designed to be played with 'The Pitch' map, which is a variation of Sandtrap. When played on it's partner map, each team (there being two) must transport their bomb to the enemies goal, while each goal (your goal and their goal) is constantly bombarded by fusion coils.

The bomb carrier has 25% of the normal speed when on foot, and is affected by 150% gravity. He/she is however able to sit in the passenger side of a vehicle. Helping the bomb carrier is vital to achieve success.
Everyone is invulnerable to most forms of damage.
The weapon used is the rocket launcher and has infinite ammunition.
Every player's motion tracker has a radius of 75 meters. You will still see everyone.
The bomb resets on detonation, and has an instant arming time as well as it's fuse time. If a bomb is left untouched for 60 seconds, it shall reset itself.
There is an unlimited amount of points you can score, each detonation is worth one point (or goal).
There's two rounds, each lasting ten minutes.
No team changing.

Both map and game type were created by MetabolicJoe and DemonMic.

I was playing somebody elses zombie game the other day and I loved the base style, "human" agains "zombie" battles. So after quite of few sleepless nights, I have come up with this.

THE RETCHED!(game variant) on SAVE ME PLEASE!(map variant)
(HUMANS JOB)Your team of zombie eliminators have been hard at work at the missile silo's. During a busy day of work, the zombie's head, trapped and confined the team in their own jail. The free mans job, to free the team and lead them to saftey at the Eliminators base.

(ZOMBIES JOB)As you wait for the heads orders you can hear in the distance something going on at the missle silos's. After 30 sec. A grav lift appears to your delight. Let the feasting begin! Beware zombies, you might be caught for examining.

We all know what a mess rocket racing can become on Isolation and Snowbound. That is a shame because they are great maps for racing, especially for trick circuits. The variant is called Plasma Race because the only weapons are plasma pistol and BR. If your driver gets killed you can still hamper other racers with your weapons without the risk of the race becoming a beatdown contest. In an effort to keep everyone racing, there are punishing powerups in key positions where desruptive forces will surely camp. Straying away from the VIP will also make it hard to mess with other players because speed will be slowed, gravity increased and damage reduced to 0. Getting to a vehicle after respawning is made less painful by a 10 second burst of speed.

I also made custom trick maps for Snowbound and Isolation which have some really nice jumps. They are called Isolation PR and Snowbound PR to go along with this game variant. Try them out and see if we racers can get more than just 2 enjoyable maps to play on. Some destinations have more than one way to get to, which should make for some great competition and screen shots.
