The Noob Effect

This is my first map that i made in forge and i really think i did a good job, don't give me any mercy on your ratings and reviews.

Hasty Defence

Learning of an incoming attack. The local troops gather the measly amount of ammo in to the fort to wait for the supply drop. As the Defenders your job is to protect the fort for the set time limit. A supply drop comes at three minutes to deliver stolen Covenant weapons. As the Attackers you need to blow up the base, there are two tactics you can use. The giant everyone rush the fort and the tactical barrier hopping. However if you wait it out you manage to get grappling hooks(grav lifts) over the wall. But be warned, wait to long and the fort gets their ammo drop.

Outside-Barriers provide cover for the Attackers and the Bomb Carrier as they rush the fort. The Attackers have a plentiful ammo supply room and two warthogs. In 45 seconds one grav lift spawns, then in 120 another comes, and the last one at 180.

Inside-This is a two level, three level counting the sniping tower, fort. It has two machine gun turrets on the wall and a splazer tower to counter the warthogs. The ammo is limited, however the Human weapons have one extra clip and are on a three minute respawn time. The Covenant weapons have two extra clips, if they use clips, and are on a shorter respawn. To get to the sniping tower it takes a certain amount of skill, and a certain amount of timing. You need to walk onto a man-cannon and jump at the right moment to be launched into the floating box of death. However get those pesky rocket launcher men. A skilled one can easily take you out.

Spawn with Gravity Hammers, mainly like normal baseball, but the ball=pitcher in the mongoose, batter=player with gravity hammer. Batter hits the mongoose driving at him and runs to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Pitcher (still in the mongoose) gets back and tries to get to the base before the batter can get there. There are different variations with stands, home bases, etc. Can be played on either Valhalla or Snowbound.

i have a suggestion. Why dont you make the bases like king of the hill and set a really low capture time. That way you can be certain who won.

I have lost all hope in Halo Reach! A game that could have been good was ruined with slower kill times and run speed and a checklist of gimicks used to entice a new audiance and push away the older fans of the series.
Long live Halo Ce and Halo 2 the only good games in the series.

Why can't red team and blue team just talk it out?

After I saw that my previous venture into the map making community, Fortress, was a success, I decided to format the map for all gametypes. Fortress 1.2 is the result, and as well as formatting the map for different gametypes, and I have given the weapons and equipment an overhaul, and in my opinion, improved the map. Fortress is a map with a 3-story tower in the center of the gameplay area, with tunnels and walkways surrounding the tower. Two 1st story platforms on either side of the map and a ground floor suitable for combat make for a really fun map. The actual map layout is unchanged, with all the walkways, platforms, and tunnels still present.

This map takes place in the non-reachable areas of RatsNest, they are all linked with teleporters and filled with guns.

It feels a bit like Chiron :P

Hey this is my prize map made with Sandtrap.

the Final Stand

An 8 vs 8, all-out, Covey vs Spartan War. Spartans go red. Elites go blue. Good for Movie Making. The game varient for this map is Prepare to die .

By the way, the reason that you move fast in the beginning is so that you get to the fight faster. Please state that if you think I should change that.

I have this really cool infection variant called hyper zombie, my friend has to give me the final version, cause he was adding final touches but ya ALL my friends love it (and im not 1 of those people who have no friends) and i have a map i worked really hard on were i spent every $ so i hope its worth it, i will put it on my fileshare when im done, i just have to modify the oddball settings

I invented a gametype which is a varient of slayer, You can take 500% more damage, but everybody has regenerating nades and rocket launchers and spartan lasers with infinite ammo. good for a few players, takes a long time to kill, so it goes to 10

Its called heavy wepons, its in my file share

Trojan Emo Cat

This is basically a "looks" map for now, thinking about adding spawns and objectives to make it a gametype. The map's story is that it is supposed to be a trojan horse, or in this case a trojan "emo cat," outside Bungie's offices.
The offices are pretty small. There are two cubicles with desks, another cubicle for concept art, a front desk (with a shotgun behind incase of any problems), and a big plasma screen TV with three couches and a table.

The Trojan Emo Cat has two pallets blocking off the door, and then a grav lift leading to the top, which from there you can jump into the cat's head and grab some weapons.
