Puzzle mania a Single Player Puzzle Game

Think you have played every game type possible think agian i took 10 hours to create a game where you must reach the objectives in order and figure out how to reach each one. tasks include such things as trying to get out of rooms that you seem traped in and trying to jump across comunication towers and jump of into a teleporter that uses gravitys momentem to shoot u into the air and reaching an objective.

Dodge the elephant:

Basicly a messaround map for teamslayer (reccomended everyone be red team) where explosives are mounted upon the elephant and set to explode.

RAMP RACE

**The gametype is VIP escort based off of the ROCKET RACE gametype, but it has been changed a bit to fit the map.
** Players start with plasma pistol with unlimited ammo. VIP speed is set back to normal.
** Game works best if the VIP must stay in the ATV to reach the delivery points. The only way to reach some of them is if your in the ATV. Also the gameworks best if you only allow your VIP to shoot at other peoples vehicles only if they are in one!!
**Best fit for teams of 2 with about 8 to 10 people in game..maybe more..

The Map is designed fully for ATVs and the gametype up above. One ramp flies over the sea wall. One flies over the laser spawn.
Another even flies into the base...if your good of course!!
There is 5 or 6 ramps on the map!
Also timed explosives are set up to allow for hillarious crashes and they even stop the unlucky team of getting the checkpoint sometimes!!!!

Weaponry Bases

On this map (the pit) there are 4 bases. Each base contains a different class of weapon. One base contains only explosive weapons, another contains all the long ranged scoped weapons, a third has all the dual wielded weapons and the fourth has close ranged weapons. Each base has blocks to hide behind to allow defense of each base. There is no specific game type for this map. Also all the powerups are in the middle on the bridge in easy view of all bases.

Flying elephant

This is Sand Trap with a twist.

Turn on a game of territories on this map, locate the elephant filled with explosive type everything ;-). (This will be the fluing elephant and the territory.) Get the explosives started. Then jump through a teleporter and go for a Rodio style ride. Theres also flying vehicles if you think you can ground an elephant with then... Lol, have fun everyone!!!

Savior

Last Resort, but blocked the sea wall to keep battle on the beach and water. There's two sides both almost identical with gun turrets on the edge of the water. In the middle of the water is a base like structure where a sniper rifle sits atop and camo sits in one of the container. Above the large broken arch way is a overshield and below it is a spartan cannon. Included is ghosts on both sides of the map as well as fire bombs throughtout. This map is for slayer and team slayer for a somewhat new level with what we were given.

I made a Map and Gametype!
They go well together but the gametype is fun on medium to large sized maps.

Map:Area XYZ
This map goes very well with my Basemind gametype for infection.

Humans spawn on an elephant with enough weapons to get by but not to many. Weapons include shotguns, battle rifles, extra assault rifles, 1 sniper, 1 rocket launcher, and 1 spartan laser. It also includes two mongooses and a warthog near by.

It would be wise for humans to get on a mongoose or get in a warthog and drive around the map with passengers and or a gunner(s).
Survive for 15 minutes!
There are still some weapons on the map like a missle pod, a gravity hammer, but make sure it is the right time to pick them up.

The starting zombie spawns the first time underground and then spawns somewere else for the rest of the game to make it feel like they got smarter. Just a random fact I know... :)

Gametype:Basemind
I made this gametype for my infection map Area XYZ.
I hope you like this.
Features Include:
Zombies have swords (obviously), are fast, jump a little higher than normal, normal sheilds with damage resistance only a bit though I think, sheilds recharge 90% slower.
Alpha zombie is faster than normal zombies, and I think has a little lower or higher gravity, 2x over shields that recharge slower.

Humans spawn with assault rifles but have an elephant loaded with enough weapons to get by but not too much.
Last Man Standing is fast, higher gravity or doesn't jump as high, I think has normal shields that recharge faster.

Objective:

Get on one of two mongooses on the elephant or one on another part of the map or get on a warthog by starting elephant.
Drive around with passengers and or gunners and survive for 15 minutes.

Have Fun!

If you have any changes that you think would make this gametype better please post them.

Fiesta Thread

Slayer Variant, Suitable for any map.

Rules
- No weapons on map, grenades regenerate (therefore accessable to novice players)
- All difficult kills are rewarded with a single bonus point
- Players spawn with two random weapons, Leader spawns with just one

Fiesta forces to play with the weapons you spawn with, so a well rounded skill set is required. People less used to the new maps will not be disadvantaged too much.

INSANE FLAG (CTF)

A CTF game which looks like a multi-flag game... but has a catches!
Objective: Just pick up the flag and take it across with the help of your buddies!
Rules: There are 2 teams (red and blue). RED TEAM spawns at BLUE BASE with the blue flag ! And vise-versa for the Blue team. There are no weapons on the map besides a spartan laser in the middle and the weapons at the bases! At each base, there are Heavy weapons placed. on the bottome floor, there is a Machine gun Turret, Missle pod, Rocket launcher, Spartan Laser, Battle Rifle, and Sniper rifle. On the top floor, there is simply 2 gravity hammers and 1 sword. On BOTH floors, there are an equal amount of equiment and grenades for extra fun! A Brute chopper spawns at the back of each base, watiting for its master...
Game type: Just turn on Multi Flag OR One Flag and you are good! Works well with 4-16 players! HAVE FUN!

Infection on Sandtrap
Basically I made the zombies run and jump as fast and as high as possible. They have no shields, either.
There are warthogs, mongeese and choppers on the map, and the weapons are just the map default.
You can play this with as many people as you want, but it is funnest with 16.
The object of the game is to survive, and that is best accomplished by getting into a vehicle, and driving as far away and as fast as you can. Warthogs generally survive the longest, but a chopper on the big sand dune can usually do pretty good as well.

"Sand Blaster"

GAMETYPE - MAP VARIANT

A King of the Hill game on Sandtrap.

The Hill is under constant barrage of Fusion Cores and Plasma Batteries that fall from the sky. To make it more explosive, some Fusion Cores and Plasma Batteries respawn right in the hill at differing intervals to keep you on your toes.
The only weapons you have are your trusty Assault Rifle and backup SMG - the map is host to a large arsenal of Frag Grenades on the hill and its approach, while some Firebomb Grenades lie in various positions for those eager to set opponents aflame. Equipment includes Trip Mines, Regenerators, and perhaps most importantly Bubble Shields. Various close-combat and explosive weapons await those who don't mind exploring. Overshields and a Custom Powerup may be pivotal in gaining the hill for those extra precious points. A joy if you don't mind getting blown up every few seconds.

It's funny because I made this map by accident while messing around with Grav Lifts in Forge.

Gravity Cannon

Game type and map type named Gravity Cannon(map is Narrows). Go to the man cannon and start jousting midair with the gravity hammer or meet in the middle for duels with the sword. Gravity CannonV2 made for large amounts of players. Gametype and map were originally made on september 29th, but were remade recently because it didn't record that I was the author. Co-authored with my friend. Download the Gametype and the two maps for a fun time with hammers, swords, grenades, the man cannons and nothing else.

These are two game variants suitable on any map:

Rampage and Team Rampage

Rampage is a version of slayer in which dying causes you to lose a point but killing your opponents in certain ways will earn you a bonus point in addition to the point awarded for the kill, these bonus points can be had by: killing your opponent with a headshot, sticking your opponent with a grenade, assassinating your opponent or earning a a killing spree. Also, because being killed costs you (and your opponents) a point, to shake things up, a waypoint is always shown over the leader's head for everyone to see.
Kill as many people as possible while dying as little as possible

Team Rampage is exactly the same as Rampage except for the fact that you will have teammates. To make the best of your odds at winning, stay with your team and watch each other's backs.

The Bridge-Map.

The Bridge-Game Variant.

This is a CTF game but it also goes well with FFA slayer, or team slayer (Both with reg weapons set or random weapons set). I've basicly taken out more then half of the map, you only use the base (and only part of that). This is meant for lots of players (8 and up) but it also goes well with 4 or more.
Other then that theres not much to say about it. I found a glitch and got things stuck in the ceiling of the attackers bbase (they look really cool). I made this on September 25, 2007. Go ahead and try it out! Thanks!

Enders Game

Summary: Enders Game is a map/gametype built around trying to simulate the zero gravity combat room made famous in Orson Scott Card's, "Enders Game." Good for 4-12 players.

Objective: To eliminate the other team/touch the enemy teams door.

Game Style: Get high in the air, fight in all three dimensions.

Rules

Players have 50% gravity, 125% speed. This really allows you to fly and is the best simulation of the Zero Gravity in Enders Game.

Grav Lifts everywhere---these get you way up to the roof of Epitaph.

Pistols only on maps. This is the best simulation of the firearm in Enders Game.

Shields don't recharge. This is really the best Halo 3 will allow us for the freezing effect seen in Enders Game. You have 110% health though.

Territory capture time is instant; you just have to touch the door for the win!

1 life, 3 rounds.

Tips:

Being higher than your opponent in the air gives you a distinct advantage. Try to shoot through your knees at your opponent.

Use the Grav Lifts and Teleporters in combination to really get up in the air.

If you throw Grav Lifts under cover, they will fly into the air. Useful for doing a double jump off of the flying cover.

Going outside of the main length of the hall is out of bounds and considered poor form.

Im making a couple of kinds of maps


The Flood: Here it is actually supoposed to be difficult for the Zombies!!!

so far I have made a version of Isolation for infection with the zombies spwning underground

and im making a version of sandtrap with "pimped" out versions of the elephant and teleporters to a base on the hill and to travel inbetween elephants.
The base on the hill will have ammo for BRs and ect.(all the firepower is in the elephants) and teleporters to two hidden banshees with sniperrifles near that hiding place. The hill base will also have telleporters to a lot of vehicles including a Hornet and prowler (two recket launchers will sit inbetween the hornet and prowler on weapon holders. I am going to finalize this map soon.

If you see a map called "The Flood" then it is an earlier form of my The Flood Isolation map. I am going to update this.
I WILL HAVE A GAME TYPE CALLED THE FLOOD AND THE MAPS FOR THIS GAMETYPE WILL SAY "THE FLOOD" AND THEN THE FIRST 4 LETTERS OF THE MAP.

D-Day CTF

Modified version of Last Resort that features an enforced seawall with machine gun turrets, Battle Rifles, and strategic spawn points to ensure a steady defense against the onslaught from the ocean. Tailored specifically for the D-Day CTF gametype, and works best with teams of 5 or higher. Enjoy the intensity of running up on the beach with 4 machine gun turrets blazing away at you as you rush the flag. Desperately try to create an opening through which you can ride a gravity lift to the top of the seawall and nab the flag.

Constructive criticism appreciated. Please download the D-Day CTF gametype to enjoy this map the way it was meant to be played.

Im also going to try to make a version of narrows that is meant for an oddball varient that I am going to create soon.

I remember seeing a picture online of a person who had used Forge and a teleporter to get outside the [normal] map and was standing on a snowy platform.

The deffenders have a base on the bridge with turretts and barricades and what ever has as turret (wharthogs?). BY THE WAY I HAVE FOUND A WAY TO GET THE MACHINE GUN TURRET TO STICK THROUGH A BARRIER SO YOU CAN BE PROTECTED AND SHOOTING(IT IS THE SAME AS HAVING THE TURRET A LITTLE BIT HIGHER,I DON'T SEE WHY BUNGIE COULDN'T HAVE DONE THIS???!!!)no offense bungie i worship thee. THe deffenders have antivehicle weapons and every thing plus a few (arial?) vehicles underneath on the electric brige.

THey attackers have(arial?) vehicles and(hornets?) and (banshees?) to attack the people on the brige
If the hornet is on that map then the attackers load up in the hornet and try to get the ball and get back in the hornet. At this point the hornet must evade the deffender's anti-vehicle weapons and keep the ball for a sett amount of time. If the hrnet is destroyed the ball drops into the bottomless pit on the map and automatically is reset to the deffenders bridge

When I make this map please tell me what you think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are 2 map variants, one for Sandtrap, and one for Valhalla. Both are vehicle-based maps with power weapons. They are best played in large team slayer games, but could be suited for pretty much anything.

Carmaggedon!
Here is a fun, and fast-paced Valhalla map. Vehicles dominate the field with speed and firepower, not to mention sheer numbers. Each base has its own set of vehicles- one with human vehicles (warthog, scorpion, hornet, mongoose) and the other is covenant (wraith, banshee, ghost, chopper). There is a third set vehicles on the side opposite the pelican crash site, with several human vehicles. The weapons on the map are heavy-hitters, but there are battle rifles, sniper rifles, and even a sword and a shotgun to give the pedestrians a helping hitch! The hornet vs. banshee dogfights are particularly cool, due to the tight airspace of the map. You Mad-Maxers out there don't think you can corner your ambulatory enemies in the caves either, as you might get a surprise in the form of a high explosive rocket in return! Trip mines also create an element of surprise that will hopefully keep you guessing!



Carpocalypse!
This map is Sandtrap the way it was meant to be played- with lots of vehicles. Every vehicle is on this map- 2 warthogs, a chopper, a prowler, a mongoose, a scorpion, and a wraith are on each side, and 2 ghosts and 2 banshees are at the Phantom crash site. The 2 elephants have 3 turrets each and a rocket launcher, creating for some awesome "moving fortress" action. Most of the weapons on the map are the big-hitters to deal with the multitude of vehicles, but don't underestimate the sniper rifles, battle rifles, and shotgun that are also on this map. There are also grav lifts, power drains, an overshield, several trip mines, and a camo powerup to help out those on foot. Don't forget- all you vehicle-born maniacs- watch out for the fusion coil minefields! They can be quite nasty if you don't pay attention!

Pillar Wars

This variant takes place in Sandtrap, more specifically the pillars in the middle. You spawn with both human sniper and beam rifle. You must first kill yourself (sorry for this drawback, if you can set spawn points i don't know how). After you kill yourself you'll respawn on one of the pillars in the middle. Work your reflexes and your sniping skills in order to dominate your opposition, but watch out someone might spawn to the left or right of you. If you are to fall off of the pillar, it's courtesy to kill yourself, because it's rather unfair to be sniping from the bottom.

Let me know what you guys think, what I can do to improve upon it. I'm rather new to forge, so I don't know how to work all of the tools. We've played the variant with a max of 4 people, and it's still pretty hectic. I'd love to see it with 8-16(though i think people would be spawning on top of each other).

What used to be Zanzibar, has reappeared in Halo 3.
So why not Coagulation?
It may have been in Halo 1 and 2, but that was a really fun map.
I haven't seen any reason why it shouldn't be.

Storm the House is a game thats fast paced and has a lot of action based in a variation of High Ground.
This is a 2 team game, ideal for 4v4 or 6v6, but any team size 3v3 and over should work.
Map Variant: Blockade
Game Variant: Storm the House

The attackers should utilize the gravity hammers to attempt to break down the wall or get the equipment from the bunker. Their objective is to take the territory located in the center of the base. They are also given 150% speed to aid them.
However, the defenders are given a complete arsenal of weapons to aid them including turrets, rockets, a flamethrower, and more.
Enjoy.

PS - Watch out for the fusion coils, lol.
