Sand Stone: Indoor and outdoor gameplay around a mythical ruin. This is a Map Variant of SandBox...

Sand Stone Map Created by Me

The idea as to create a magical ruin, inspiration came from a place called Stone Henge in the UK. To make the map look like a magical place of worship which has partly been destroyed through warfare.

Ideall suited for Team Slayer, Lone Wolves, Infection.

Rat Leap is a custom map bent on stopping all who oppose it. The abandoned drilling platform has now been given an additional ramp of death and you will fear its mighty wrath.

Lowdown v6 :

4-8 Players

An almost symmetrical MLG Map built for Slayer and KotH Games. Oddball is in test stage.
Two bases - Red & Blue - opposing each other.A three stages tower in the middle of the map containing the Custom PowerUp in the first floor. Sniper Tower and Rocket Passageway in the two other corners.

Sky Battle

Description

A symmetrical map located in Sandbox's Sky Bubble. There are two bases, each equipped with the following:
Spartan Laser x1
Missile Pod x1
Machine Gun Turret x2
Banshee x2
Hornet x1
Hornet, Transport x1


The two bases are on opposite ends of the Sky Bubble and floating in the air are four looming Kill Balls. Players must evade the Kill Balls and enemy players, and defend their bases with a Spartan laser (respawn time set to 120 sec) and a Missile Pod (respawn time set to 90 sec). Each vehicle is set to respawn after ten seconds so carnage is continuous, wether in the air, or home at the base. Hope you all enjoy! :)

The basics of "Yay Splatters!" is:

Human=Jump in a warthog or mongoose and splatter as many zombies as possible before they get you.

Zombie=The alpha zombie is invisible, and must kill the humans.

There is also a big cluster of fusion coils/plasma batteries in one corner that can give the humans a quick getaway, provided they land it. I have also gotten a few lucky splatters this way.

It gets more fun with more people, but I don't recommend going over 10 or 11 because it starts to get laggy.

Map: Highrise
Utilizing the three tiers of Sandbox, this map pits two teams against each other, starting in the crypt. Using teleporters and floating platforms, players will make their way out of the crypt and to the main stage on the second level. There, players will fight for control of a homemade fortress, equipped with plasma cannons and anti-vehicle weaponry. Opposite the base is a small staging area for the less than fortunate team to use. Here, a Scorpion tank, Gauss Warthog and Hornet are available for coordinated assault on the base. Between the two areas, stone columns and other debris serves as cover from enemy fire for ground infantry. The fortress-team will also have the advantage of a floating sniper nest above their base, though this is not an invulnerable position.
Above the main stage, in the Skybubble, there is a small labyrinth that players can traverse to get to the Banshee platform, a 2v2 air battle awaits anyone able to survive the barrage of catapulted fusion coils, just avoid the kill balls.

Weaponry and key equipment is scattered throughout the level, each weapon and equipment variant supplied is key in achieving victory in this map.
One last important piece of information; the level relies heavily on teleporters. Keep in mind that a Red Column near a TP signals it is a way to advance in the level while a Blue Column near a TP signals it can be used to go backward to previous areas.



Game Variant: Slayer 2.0

Two team slayer match, teams of 8 are preferable.
First to 100 wins, 20 minute timer.
Players start with battle rifle and assault rifles. Score Leaders will become gold and wield Battle rifles and gravity hammers and have grenade regeneration.
Base Player traits: 110% damage resistance, with 110% speed and 75% gravity. Sensors on Score leaders and base players are Enhanced.
Leaders will have 125% Speed and 75% gravity with 150m range on radar and 200% shield regeneration rate.
Score Bonuses active: 1 Bonus point for Headshots and assassinations, 5 bonus points for Sprees, -2 points for betrayals and suicides.

Maze of Death: Sanbox Variant and Maze Slayer gametype

Maze of Death was built in the Crypt of Sandbox. I deleted everything topside and closed the maze off so there is (hopefully) no chance for escape. The gloomy filter darkens the map quite well, and the weapons and equipment are (I hope) well suited for 2-6 player close quarters battles. I look foreward to constructive criticism and feedback so that I may endeavor to fix any problems with the map or gametype.

Locked Down Base

Brief Description:
It has a large, multi-level, well-constructed floating base, and a starting point ground supply base that is completely locked down except for a teleporter (to trasport to the floating citadel) and of course the usual standoff unlockable gate.

Once out of the gate, there is a man-cannon angled up to the citadel's hangar bay. As a human you have to time the jump well (so the teleporter is the easier option), but as a zombie, the low gravity makes the cannon jump much simpler than an attempted assault on the teleporter within the locked down ground base. It's designed for infection, but would be great for other asymmetrical games too. As I mentioned, humans spawn in the locked down ground base, while zombies spawn in an open base opposite the map.

Weapons are well-balanced, and the air citadel is equipped with 2 banshee hangar bays, 2 escape pods, and 4 levels for integrated combat. The ground base is supplied with everything you will need to survive, including 2 mongooses ready to tear out once the gate is unlocked.

Red Keep

This is map best suited to CTF, but it is balanced(hopefully) for Team Slayer. It uses the sky portion of SANDBOX, and has a pretty cool castle(IMHO).

I made a mlg style map, this is the first map I have ever made. So far I've gotten good impressions, but I haven't played on it with more than two people because it is on sandbox. The map is called "solitude v1".

This is a small map meant for Players to have a chance to "get up right in the enemies face," and have at it. Even with its size, there is still much to do, and a lot to explore.

The map only has one overall power house weapon, and that is the Shotgun. The Shotgun spawns on the one side of the map, while the Overshield spawns on the other side. If you are lucky enough, and get past all the smoke and gun fire, you might be able to pick up both the Shotgun and Overshield.

Play fair & have fun

Lets see how well this might do, its my first map using sandbox.

Sky relic

The map itself is pretty much balanced all around, from weapons, spawning, and objectives, and offers long range to CQB scenarios. This map does have team games in mind, however, FFA matches could work well with this map.

Preferred gamtypes are:
Slayer(team or FFA)
CTF
KoTH
VIP
Assault

The weapons you come across on the map are:
smg
spiker
plasma rifle
carbine
battle rifle
sniper rifle
mauler
bruteshot
rocket
plasmas/spikes/frags

There are two bubble shield, and regens both equaly accessible by both teams.

There is a treat/trap on the map, its a treat "IF" someone can get to it, while for others its a trap waiting to swing into action.

*Oh, and dont jump up while in the center after 90 seconds ;)

-EDIT: forgot to mention this, for those who might check out the map just a little heads up, there are a couple parts on the main outer walkway that didnt mesh too well together, so there are a few "bumps" that could throw your aim off if your in a fire fight, I tried to fix them, but nothing completely fixed it.

Salvation

Salvation, the 1st of my BTB battle maps. Created on Sandbox and meant for, of course, BTB, Assault, CTF, and King of the Hill. There are two bases, red and blue base. There is one Warthog, 2 Mongeese, and 1 Banshee at each base, along with 1 turret, 1 missile pod, and some BRs and grenades. There is a Spartan Laser in the center of the map and there are four little alcoves (two at each base. One alcove holds a Rocket, the other an overshield. There are also four Bubble shield layered around the map for extra protection from the open skies. A well put together map for all you competitive, BTBm and Objective players.

The newest sandbox gametype that will test your fear, and how cool you can be under pressure.

Map:
This is to be played on alpha zombie or any zombie gametype were the zombie cant jump high. I would post my own, but it'd be fun to see how you guys can make one.

All the Noninfected start in a room, colorful, and it looks extremly cool, infront of them is a tunnel, that tunnel brances off, then those tunnels branch off, then those tunnels branch off, then those tunnels branch off. If you can find a way out, which there is i promise you...
You have to make a choice, go back for you friends and grab the sniper rilfe...or skip ahead and continue the maze...

The beginging of the map is bright and you can see, till the zombie is released, the fx- nova black type, makes it very gloomy, but you can still see, but everything has a black tecture, once that comes, you know the zombie has been released, so you better start running faster.

Burial

For use with Slayer, Team Slayer, and CTF variants.

A semi-symmetric map in the Crypt. Has two bases, a Red and a Blue, with a Sniper tower on one side and rockets on the other. A central turret sits at rockets and can hit either base. Middle has OS. Shotgun also in middle. 2 Mongooses per base. Corners have cover and Brute shots. Plenty of BRs for those that love 'em.

The map i created is called Desolate. It is made to be a 4 vs 4 map andwould be suitable with CTF Game Varients, Slayer, Team Slayer, Oddball, and King of the Hill, just to name a few.

It is Symmetrical, with a Rocket Launcher that spawns in the very center of the map.

Q&A:

Q: Why is the upstairs have nothing on it?
A: Because it's not done...yet

Q: How do you plan on making the point system and objects disappear?
A: There will be no point system, instead it will all be time based. There will be high gravity so you can't jump over the barriers I will have set up and grav lifts will spawn later on in the game so that you can bush the barriers away.

Q: How do you plan on making the tunnel?
A: Already built, destroyed columns can be moved by grav lifts :D

ALSO, don't download the version in my File Share, it's a very old version.
