Does anyone really notice, at the end of "The Maw" on Legendary, that the Elite the Sarge befriends, just as the PoA blows, may indeed hint at askew "orientations" amongst the Covenant Ranks?

(If this leaves you confused, then you STILL haven't beaten H1 on Legendary, or you're REALLY inattentive.)

lol, just because they hug doesn't mean the covenant are women...or -blam!- robots. They just notice that they're about to blow up and hug each other for comfort before it does :D Bungie has quite a humour.

Yeah, I thought that they were a little -blam!- too? But who is to say that there are not female Elites? In the future there will be more female troops. Even the pilot for the humans is female. So if the alien was female, then I guess it wouldn't be as bad. Maybe the Sarge wanted to get some hot alien love before he died.

I would like to see some female marines in Halo 2. Not because I am a nut about woman's rights or anything, but it is different. I liked the Hispanic marine in the first Halo. It was real funny to hear his accent the first time I played it. I am going to start a topic with the female marine thing. Hit it up and let me know your thoughts.

I hate everything, but it's not my fault.

Anyway, If you hugged a man because you knew you were about to die, would that make you -blam!-?

With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

They're all female. See that big black scar in their chests? Thats where babies come from. They burst out of chests Alien style, dude!

Well... either that or they're all hermaphrodites... I think it was Azure who posted his reasoning for that a while back.... can't remember exactly what it was or if it was him at all (I think it was, but could be wrong). I think it had something to do with the fact that Elites are relatively sparse in the game compared to other races (besides hunters).... I don't really agree with that theory though.

I'm being stupid. There's no way to tell what gender is which in Halo. People say that "male" grunts are more aggressive and jump up and down in the presence of "female" grunts in-game (Male=pointy armor, female=rounded). But I've seen all grunts do the same things. There's no difference, except as you change the color, the grunts get tougher and smarter (not much), same goes for jackals, and also Elites (but the AI has a larger change).
