Yes, now because Ash55 thinks shieldless games, Bungie will omit health. Maybe I should tell Marty O' Hand not to listen to Ash55 anymore.

ok maybe when they made the demo the health bar project was either finished not enough time to put it in demo (or they were lazy son of a -blam!-es) or the health bars were getting a new design wich would be more precise about your health (ive gooted shot by a plasma pistol twice on pc my health didnt go down and i didnt notice) or the health bar was just not working.

Ok, I apologize if this has been said before as the thing is too damn long to read.

I heard from a reviewer that played the Halo 2's MP that they got rid of it to make the game faster. Instead of going to find a health pack every time you have low shield, you keep fighting. Also, I find that the weapons have to do more dmage in MP. If youve every plaed Call of Duty you know what I mean. The weapons that are hard to kill people with, unless you could get headshots with a pistol all the time, always make me feel like the game is impossible. If youve never played Call of Duty MP, go to a friend who ahs it or pick up a copy. Youll notice that the lack of Spawn delay, no TKing, and more damaging weapons make it MUCH more enjoyable.

The HUD at E3 2004 was not final, but did hear that marty said something about how most of us played Halo.About when i shields were down we waited for them to recharge.

So i would like to see no health bar,but who knows.

Ok if it was a place holder it seems to me they would be more likely to use the old hud that they already had rather then make a new one they werent even planing on using.

It is gone it makes sense to I mean how does one measure "HEALTH" this would be different for every one and in halo when your shields were down you were dead and you would take cover the second you heard that bleeping noise. So shields will be upgrade and health will go down and no the PP will not be the best beacause you will still have health to take the guy down with.

just becaus the system doesnt look like the one in halo 1, doesnt say it doesnt work the same way!

in halo 1 when your armor is depleted you often just have a few shots to go!
thats the same as what we saw in the e3 clips, shield is out and still a few shots to get killed!

Its the same system ownly it gots another look
