Hi Bungie team and community

I used to have 2 xbox live accounts. Ninja Ciego (my first account on Xbox 1) and Ninja Ciego 360 (newest account since xbox 360 launched). But a couple of days ago i renamed my Gamertag Ninja Ciego to Ninja Ciegooo and Ninja Ciego 360 to Ninja Ciego.

I dont care about the now called Ninja Ciegooo account since i have used that account on Halo 2 only and either way i dont use that account anymore. What i care about, is that the now called Ninja Ciego account (formerly known as Ninja Ciego 360) has no service record at all. I am actually a Colonel and when i try to check my status at Bnet i get "Halo 3 Service Record Not Found". So im wondering if this issue is related to the problems the community has been having with stats not updating or if this is a completely different issue that someone from Bungie needs to attend.

FYI if i go into my profile on Bungie.net it shows "My Gamertag" field updated as Ninja Ciego, but again, no stats whatsoever

First of all, you can go to Ninja Ciego 360 to check your latest GT´s stats, this shows that the GT name change hasnt been recorded on b.net and maybe even also on xbox.com servers yet. Your problem might be casued by server delay but you might also have fallen into a black hole due to the fact that you´ve changed the name of your latest GT to the same name as your old GT. I didnt even know that this was possible and it might create some issues here on b.net linking-GT´s-wise. Achronos is probably the only one here able to answer your question but you could help him out by adding some more details to the problem.

Here´s what i would like to know after looking at your GT´s and the account you were signed in to when writing your OP post:

* Which GT, old or new, should your B.net account Ninja Ciego 360 be linked to? It looks to me that its linked to the old one and that the name change hasnt updated yet.

* Has the Ninja Ciego 360 GT ever been linked to a b.net account? It says that its cuurently not linked to a b.net account when im clicking Bungie.net profile under the GT´s service record.

Heres what i think, i think that you think that you will be able to look at your new GT´s stats through the b.net account that has been linked to your old GT simply by changing the latest GT´s name into the same as the old one´s. It doesnt work that way, you have to link each account seperatly.

Yes i forgot to mention that, im actually able to see some stats (which are reeeeally old BTW) by SEARCHING for Ninja Ciego 360 (if i am logged into Bungie and i click on "Halo 3" right in the middle of "My Groups" and "Halo 2" on the top right corner of the screen...i will get "Halo 3 Service Record Not Found"

Now, my BNET account is "Ninja Ciego 360" and my Gamertag is now "Ninja Ciego" and i think BNET knows that because if i go into my Profile Settings on BNET i will have this info: BNet Name: Ninja Ciego 360, Gamertag: Ninja Ciego, Email:,Homepage. So this means that BNET knows that my gamertag change.

When i renamed my account a couple of days ago. I took like 5 minutes for XBOX.COM to refresh or update that change within my account. So after 5 minutes i was now able to see myself on xbox.com as Ninja Ciego with my same gamerpoints, friend list etc. Right after that, i checked on BNET to see if the change was also made here, and like i said, my profile settings stated that yes, my gamertag did change, but, no service record is being found.

And yes, if you click on Bungie.net Profile it will send you here: http://www.bungie.net/Account/Profile.aspx?player=Ninja%20Cie go%20360 and like you said it will tell you that this account is not linked and that is because Ninja Ciego 360 GT doesnt exist anymore. However, if instead, you look in here http://www.bungie.net/Account/Profile.aspx?player=Ninja%20Cie go it will show you my current Bnetaccount (Ninja Ciego 360) and my current GT (Ninja Ciego) but again...no stats.... =(
