Does anyone remember some of those cartoons that they used to show on Nickelodeon? Like Rocko's Modren Life, Ren an Stimpy, and The Angry Beavers? I really miss those old shows. Does anyone remember them if they have DVDs out for some?

"My knee is bleeding, can I have a bandaid?" "Today its your knee, and in 10 years it'll be your wrists, why are you making this my problem?"

Do this again and I'll brand your ass with the banning prod

They still show those on Nickelodeon here.

Rocko's Modern Life

Couldn't find Angry Beavers, which is sad because it was my favorite show. Ren and Stimpy is also there, and it might be on DVD instead of analog casette.

Good old Sonic the Hedgehog...What's this? They replaced it with that stupid A$$ whale Free Willie. Oh God!

I'm sure I have a VHS recording of some of the old Sonic cartoon in the garage. I have to go dig it up.

Aaaah... Good times. I was a fan of Rocko and the Angry Beavers, not so much Ren and Stimpy. Sonic is a classic. If only they would run those shows again. Just like in the good 'ol days.

I remember an old Mario cartoon, I never really watched it though.

And what about good 'ol Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. You can't forget a classic like that. I remember the good days, when I would wake up on a bright sunday morning with a smile on my face, knowing many adventures and battles were ready to be fought. And I drank orange juice. I love orange juice.

Rocko's Modern life was full of a bunch of sick adult humor. It was a great show.

Ah, good to hear. When I found myself enjoying it, I thought I might have gone insane.

I'm addicted to Invader Zim. I can't believe those nickelodian bastards cancelled it. It's supposed to be a kid's show but it's really disturbing. For example, a giant pimple with a face drawn on it that could hypnotize people and was called "Postulio." I can't get enough of my disturbing stuff.

Angry Beavers was by far the best show I have ever watched, besides Who's Line is it Anyway.

Well, I guess it's the best cartoon I have ever known

A lot of Disney movies used to have that too.

Heh. There are actually quite a few "adult" jokes in a lot of cartoons, there are a couple in the old school Rugrats that I could name.

Angry Beavers was old? I think that was coming on right around the time I was getting out of cartoons. I remember loving Rugrats when it first started playing around 91.
